I think you would have been better off bringing out the frustration of the positive side of Mr Abbott's faux pas. Generally speaking, he's actually being inclusive. He's suggesting that there should be parliamentary representation of the aborigines who still live a traditional life.

However, there-in lies the fundamental flaw. When someone becomes a parliamentarian, they are by definition no longer living a traditional life.

What the hell are you talking about DV???? Who are 'whites'? The only real difference between aboriginals and most other races on earth was they were still living a brutal stone age existence in 1800 whereas most other races had left that lifestyle behind thousands of years ago. If you think about it, aboriginals were europeans once. DNA mapping shows mankind came out of Africa into Europe and from there travelled in all directions to colonise the globe.

A civilisation and culture that doesn’t want to help itself, doesn’t belong in the future, and will just end up being a burden to everyone else. They are now; the filthy things don’t want to help themselves, and just want continuous welfare hand-outs.

Ignorance is bliss! My grand father was Scottish, my grandmother was English on my dads side, on my other side there is good old English and Spanish. I was born in Australia, but confused on what that makes me now! I'm a bitsa this and bitsa that. I can't claim my English heritage, even though I have relatives still in England based on your criteria for identity! I can't claim Scottish even though me old uncle still speaks with an accent!

What defines me as being Australian, is it skin colour........is it tanned skin? Is it my accent? Do my eyes have to be brown or green. What defines me as being Scottish, is it my hair, my build......what! You guys are a complete joke and deeply racist....you gotta laugh at how shallow you guys are. Not much thought goes into what spews out of your mouths!
