I think we will see a night-and-day difference between O'Mara tomorrow and what we saw from BDLR today. I expect substance and style on a high level from O'Mara, playing respectfully AND properly sexist to the gals. The epitome of competence in Closing.

Well a chicken can and does run around with its head cut off literally, so thank you again for proving the point of the defense.

I don't know why Zimmies rely on this other than as a desperate SOS ... Serino said *Zimmy is either telling the truth or a pathological liar*

Why? He is innocent until PROVEN guilty, since the prosecution couldn't bring to light a single piece of evidence to contradict GZ account of the events, why would he need to take the stand? Its his right regardless to decide whether or not to do it.

Prove it. The simple fact that A PROSECUTION WITNESS indeed testified that Trayvon went back out seeking GZ shows Trayvon as the aggressor, and that is by your own definition. Foot meet mouth.

Doesn't have to be done, the burden of proof is on the prosecution, not the defense. You don't know much about the law do you?

And what prosecution witness would that be? Go ahead. . .give the EXACT link!

All I heard is that Trayvon tried to "lose" the creepy ass cracker" and thought he had done so. . .until he saw he was being followed again and asked him "why are you following me for?"

But. . .I have an open mind. . .show me where you got YOUR interpretation of the witness testimony!

And it fits perfectly in his "coward" image!

What can be more convenient! A 28 year old armed with a gun, being "overcome" by a 17 year old UNARMED teenager, to the point that he (even after 18 months of fight training) feels that he can't even manage to pull a punch or a scratch on the 17 year old who is (reportedly) attacking him because HE (Zimmerman) in his "wisdom" found him suspicious (as he had so may young Black men, including a 9 year old, in the last year) and decided to go BEYOND and AGAINST the neighborhood watch rules to NOT follow and to NOT carry when doing his watch!

And he doesn't even have the courage of his own opinion, or his own testimony. . .which doesn't surprise me, since he changes his tune so often!

Chicken (*)(*)(*)(*)! That's what Zimmerman is.. .and I couldn't even blame him for that. . .if it hadn't cost the life of an innocent teenager!

I'd just like to see one plausible scenario presented by the prosecution. Their case came down to since we don't know how it happened you must convict Zimmerman. HUH?

There are only two ways Zimmy could have shot Martin to death ... that Zimmy threw Martin off pulled his weapon and shot 'em to death .. or Martin got up after beating Zimmys ass where then Zimmy pulled his weapon and shot 'em to death ...

Preach on with the rhetoric!!!! you have managed to get nothing right. Look, its not my fault the prosecution was bullied by leftist leaders into appointing a special prosecutor, its not my fault the state chose to try Zimmerman for an unprovable crime, its not my fault the prosecution could not present one credible witness whose narrative of the night fit none of the physical evidence. Its not my fault that even with judicial bias and media bias there is not one person on that prosecution team that could contradict or disprove Zimmerman's claims and the evidence of what happened that night. Trayvon innocent? Hardly, Trayvon was even shown by your own prosecution team that he was shown to be the aggressor. You should probably know that taking a self defense class 4 times a month for 18 months hardly classifies you as being a supreme fighter, as I stated to another poster here it took me 8 years to reach my first black belt, and that was with intensive training 4 hours, and 4 days a week. Game Over, your little angel was nothing more than a punk, a thief, who bragged about his fighting prowess, was home and went back after Zimmerman, suckerpunched him in the nose, slammed his head on the concrete walkway, and tried to smother him manually.

He gave his statement three times to trained investigators who used their interrogation skills to try and trick him in his statement and they said he believed his statement and they found no gross discrepancies. He stands by his statements. That is all he has to do. The prosecution failed to disprove his statements of events with clear convincing indisputable evidence.

You mean why did he exaggerate his injuries? To try and stay out of prison.

Why would he use "white guilt" when you say Zimmeman is hispanic.

Of course you have a link to him exaggerating his injuries right? At least you guys are admitting he had injuries. That is a step in the right direction.

He was being beaten. All that was needed to make the shooting a good one was the fear that the next blow would cause serious injury.

This was a good shooting no matter what the lynch mob thinks. This is why the state's case stunk up the court room.

It really doesn't, it boils down to did Good see what he says he saw? He is credible so yes, he did. He saw Martin pinning Z down beating on him. That's all we need to know. Z was justified, no M2 , no manslaughter, no child abuse (at least not by Z) , but lots of civil case money coming Z's way.

These threads have become the laughing stock of the PF, IMO.

Seems we have a (*)(*)(*)(*)load of armchair defense attorneys and legal experts regurgitating the same old pointless garbage like a broken/clogged disposer.:thumbsdown:

The jury will should this case by tomorrow afternoon. It would not surprise me if the jury reached a verdict by Monday or Tuesday afternoon. I'll be surprised if George is acquitted of all charges.
