Zimmerman Trial (Friday July 12th.) MOD ALERT

Just the same speculations that the state has had to use to try to appear to have a case that was driven by evidence and not political pressure driven by the DOJ.... no one with half their mind is going to buy such idiocy.

 

I'm not talking about the prosecution's argument exotix. I'm talking about the case.

Combined with the fact both of them know thats not him screaming, but are pretending it is, also turns my stomach.

He is presenting the assumption and then backing these assumptions with real evidence. This is in contrast to the state making assumption, such as TM had decided to end his assault on GZ and then having zero evidence to back their assumptions.

 

Good question, but if he had lost him for 4 minutes, then George had no idea where he was and Trayvon would have been safe to proceed home. Instead he went back to confront the "MS-13 gangbanger" - why would the "scared kid" do that?

 

Why not, those are the type of people TM calls his "homies" TM had 4 minutes to put considerable distance between him and GZ...and he didn't. Becuase ambushing and assaulting people is what "homies" do.

It reminds me of the scene in the - Billy Jack - movie
where the local thug { rich guy who runs the town } has his goon
squad out and surrounds Billy in a nearby park.
Facing Billy { a couple feet in front of Billy } with a huge cocky smirk
on his mug { face } Billy informs him as to what he's gonna do with his left
foot { Billy didn't wear shoes } on the right side of the guys face.

I can't remember... do you know if Zimmerman's parents said it was George screaming on the 911 tape initially? I thought they did but am not certain.

 

Now, what the state hasn't proven.....

I disagree, while I DO sympathize with their loss, unless they truly believe they heard something different that actually changed their mind, I still don't think they get a pass on the idea that "ANY parent would do this". Right is still right, wrong is still wrong and character counts (or should).

 

I'll ask again since you seem like you want to ignore this question: do you think there is factual evidence that proves Zimmerman, the Spanish speaking Hispanic registered democrat with black relatives, is guilty? (Clue: It takes more than a dead body to make someone guilty)

 

Case closed then, with regards to who it was screaming on the 911 tape. We can either listen to the people who didn't change their story 180 degrees, or those who did.
