    no Arabs chose to leave.

nobody chooses to leave their home unless there is a threat or danger

the words "article 2" is not mentioned there
the words "Israel" is not mentioned there

So you have not proved that article 2 / Geneva Conventions do not apply to Israel

You need to take the UN, the UNSC and the ICJ serious.
They all say the Geneva Conventions apply.

    And their rule is LAW
The opinion of the Red Cross is not.

The Arab leaders and international press. at the time of the independece war say something completly different.
    Time Magazine, May 3, 1948, page 25:
General John Glubb "Pasha," The London Daily Mail, August 12, 1948:
Emile Ghoury, secretary of the Palestinian Arab Higher Committee, in an interview with the Beirut Telegraph September 6, 1948. (same appeared in The London Telegraph, August 1948 ):
A book by Barry Shaw he qouted Near East Arabic broadcasting station, Cyprus, April 3, 1949:
Haifa district HQ of the British Police, April 26, 1949:
The Beirut Muslim Weekly "Kul-Shay", August 19, 1949:

And they've been contradicted by the official commentary of the Red Cross, and Article 2 of that convention.

Red Cross is just an opinion.

    ICJ is legally binding

    The UN rule is law
    The UNSC rule is law
    The ICJ rule is law

They all ruled. The Geneva Conventions apply to Israel and the settlements

The Red Cross opinion is not law.

And you fail to source anything about the Red Cross and article 2

    1) Please read article 49 where it says settlements on occupied territory is illegal
    2) There is no opinion of the Red Cross on this. Source it.

The refugee conventin of 1951 does not mention that if a person left by choice is a refugee.

It is obvious that wanting to return home after leaving must be allowed.
And Israel refuses and so violated their civil rights protected by the UN Charter

    yes it does.

it said if they left due to a conflict in their country, they are a refugee with all refugee rights.

you don't have to be physically forced out, to be a refugee.

Regarding Artilce 49, you can read page 278 of the official commentary and see that the Article was a result of the experience of the Second World War:

I just sourced Article 2 and Article 49 out of the official commentary of the Red Cross that is a crucil party for the creation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and therefore is an importent organizaion to mention.

the Rod Cross has a crucial part of the creation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and therefore needs to be taken seriously regarding the Fourth Geneva Convention.
