    There is no statute of limitations for reporting and prosecuting felony sexual assault in Maryland - where the high school incidents took place. An enterprising prosecutor could charge him tomorrow. <Mod Edit>

    On Monday, the Montgomery County Sentinel reported that authorities in Montgomery County, Maryland are looking into a fourth potential allegation of assault at the hands of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

    "While investigators weren’t specific and spoke on background, they said they are looking at allegations against Kavanaugh during his senior year in high school after an anonymous witness came forward this weekend," says the Sentinel.

    Which means he could be president someday if the current occupant is any indication. However, his past behavior suggests he's the most effective political assassin the democrats have. I used to wonder if he was full of ****, but after how the Cohen thing unfolded, I'm a believer in his reliability.

    That sounds totally plausible to me. Lots of people do stupid **** when they're young. Fortunately mine didn't involve gang raping drunk women, though.

    Because Tucker Carlson is a conservative, and Avenatti is a liberal.

    The Montgomery Country Police Department on Monday said it has not received a request to investigate Brett Kavanaugh.

    According to a statement, the department stand "ready to investigate any claim of sexual assault that is alleged to have occurred within our County."

    Sounds like the MCPD didn't get your memo... :roflol:

    This is not always factually correct but from now on, we should insist upon it. Hold, typically women, accountable. If it wasn't worth reporting then, it isn't now. Stop putting typically men in the position of having to prove a negative.

    In the last 25 years the Judge has undergone numerous detailed background investigations and none of this has surfaced! Either our system is a complete and utter failure or all of this is just another attempt at a coup! The Democrats will stop short of nothing. They have proven that speaking of Impeachment since Trump took office and now reverting to taking the powers away from him with the 25th Amendment having no foundation to do so!

    Is anyone really surprised at how low Democrats will stoop? They will parade 20 women in front of the camera if they think it's necessary. They have deep pockets. After all, they are recreating Saul Alinsky's dirty playbook. Alinsky’s fifth rule states: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. It infuriates the opposition, who then reacts to your advantage.” The desired immediate outcome is for those who voted for Trump to show fear. This is why whites, blacks, and millennials are leaving the Democrat party in droves. They have shifted far left and have become the party of haters. That's what they do best. Decent Democrats better continue to wake up and see their party for what it really is. They have been suckers for too long.
