Attorneys: Kavanaugh third accuser '100% credible'

Avannati? BWHAAAA! That guy is a joke....An ambulance chasing, porn lawyer, smear merchant...In fact I am totally surprised that his licence to practice law hasn't been revoked after the Stormy Daniels mess...What a joke.

 

I'd love to hear the person's actual name, claims become a lot more credible with a name and face. Why wait 48 hours for that? This is getting to be Joseph Goebbels territory:

What could she testify to that would give her credible and prove her accusation? What can she say at this point because that is all she has.

The Montgomery Country Police Department on Monday said it has not recevied a request to investigate Brett Kavanaugh.

According to a statement, the department stand "ready to investigate any claim of sexual assault that is alleged to have occurred within our County."

I agree. I'd like to get this into the spotlight rather then the drag-ass that's going on.

The very fact that she would testify under oath gives her credibility. By putting her professional life on the line (something that, if these details are true, took a long time to build up) it shows her conviction on the matter.

Identifying the truth in the recorded testimony (if any) is for those decision makers listening to do.

 

If Dr. Ford is caught lying after she testifies, she should be charged and indicted. make an example of people making false claims.

I am sure right now, her and her lawyers are coaching her through all of the answers and telling her to literally "plead the 5th", as in, "I don't remember, I don't recall".....

I expect a lot of her sobbing trying to garner sympathy and making herself look small and helpless.

 

In reality, she can't even remember for sure what month it was and even sure of the year. And where she was at the time is also a big question mark.

Probable cause has to be established and the place and time of the incident are basic foundations of establishing probable cause, and for that matter, even jurisdiction.

 

How much time does Avenatti got left.....24-28hrs to go?

 

I don't believe that she will testify. From my point of view, it's delaying tactics in the play, coordinated by the Democrats. Furthermore, I laughed out loud when I read that an attorney without any credibility said that third accuser 100% credible. Beggars belief. The U.S media is the root cause of all evil in the USA.

 

1: He as made no such promise though he does have a fairly mainstream position that President's, until impeached or retired, do have certain immunities during tenure.
2: That "slimeball" has kept us out of new stupid wars for other people, is governing over an incredibly successful economy with record breaking low black unemployment (something a racist wants?) and is trying to put non-whack jobs into our legal system so that judges will stop hallucinating their political preferences into law but rather, expound upon it so that the free people of the US, through their representatives, can govern themselves.
Sounds like he's doing a great job to me.

 

I would not be shocked if she suddenly gets "ill" and needs until Monday or later to get better so she can testify. This whole thing has been one giant delay but it's helping the GOP garner more votes and exposing the Democrats of their true colors. The more they push, the more the people will support America against their tyranny.

The second accuser Ramirez screwed up the agenda getting debunked so quickly, and the Demos know Ford doesn't have any credibility. So they now come with not one.....but 2 more accusers.

Still the New Yorker is getting jacked from all sides with that hit piece they did, and the NY Slimes is getting dumped on for that piece about Kavanaugh doesn't get the Presumption of innocence due to his ideology or something like that.

He says he will release the info and details by tomorrow ahead of Basey-Fords testimony. If it is credible and he has corroborating witnesses, I would guess the hearing will be delayed. Maybe then, Trump will order an FBI probe to find out if any or all of these alleged victims are lying or conspiring together to destroy Kavanaugh. Also, I think that Judge should definitely be called as a witness. It is getting pretty interesting. If Avenatti's accusers are compelling, I would not be surprised if Kavanaugh withdrew from the process. If that happens, you can be that all of these women will be circulating around different news venues leading up to the mid terms and Kavanaugh will become a regular on Hannity, Fox and Friends and assorted AM blowhard radio shows. Also look for the National Enquirer to start putting out phony smear stories about these women. This could really turn into one of the greatest turd fights in US political history. I can hardly wait to see the next turd fly!

If these claims turn out to be the total fabrications they appear to be the entire Democrat party should be disbanded with lengthy jail time for all involved including the senators banging war drums.
So far we’ve seen zero credibility in these accusations. We’ve seen sleazy political maneuvering from the left. Add it together and it equals a sham.
I’m actually extremely surprised the democrat war machine has not been able to pay for corroboration. I can only imagine the furor they are working under in an attempt to do so.

I think it’s the latter. Also believe the latter is the greatest evidence of Kavanaughs innocence. Even rats won’t hop on board a ship full of holes. Very telling.
