The key word here is 'domicile' which is defined in law as; "domicile is the status or attribution of being a lawful permanent resident in a particular jurisdiction"
Note the permanent legal caveat?

I don't live in a border state, but Ms. I can only speak to wages seen in the construction industry, given that is the market my small manufacturing business served for 40 plus years. Back when construction workers- roofers, dry wall installers, framers, finish carpenters and painters, if a citizen was paying on average 15 bucks per hour during the housing boon, hundreds of illegals here were making less than 10 bucks an hour. This BTW is what drove my son in law OUT of business, because he only employed citizens, unlike all of his competition, and due to his higher labor cost lost most bids on new housing, as a subcontractor. So, here, you either laid off americans and hired illegal mexicans, or you couldn't compete with those businesses who were breaking our laws.

Reality is a bitch, and many on the Left willingly refuse to accept reality, and create their own false reality, in order to try to justifiy their beliefs. Basing beliefs upon lies, or to be kind, simple ignorance destroys intellectual honesty and integrity, but they just could not give a rat's arse, or so it seems to me. I just wish it was simple ignorance and stupidity, instead of deceit, for I judge people not by their color but by their character.
