What have you created that makes life marvelous? My life is no more sacred or meaningful than anyone else's - except to me. The rest is an illusion. You are living an illusion. The most powerful thing that could happen to you is to begin understand that.
You are not pointing out anything other than using ad hominem to derail conversations and threads. You have literally not made a single meaningful or logical point. Your only purpose seems to be to distract from others posts with your own meaningless gibberish without anything of substance yourself. Hence, like talking to a bot - pointless. I get what you are up to though.
Money to buy an iPhone; dollars to go on a Caribbean cruise in February; cash to buy a puppy; earnings to purchase pizza, sloppy joes, hot dogs, hamburgers, steak, chocolate cake, beer, whiskey, pop, and on, and on, and on; wages to buy an HD big screen, a living to enjoy movies, music, art, and books. Oh, what I have created that's so marvelous? Oh, many, many, many, things that make one's life worth living. As to what I have done for others--just my honest effort exchanged for theirs. And all an illusion? Only if the first kiss of one's first love is. Or if a child's look of pride when it first learns to ride a bike, is. Or if this is: From the mouths of babes, right? Yes, if all these are illusions, then so is my life...but I don't mind--it's all real to me.
Responding to all of these together, it's not true that China is communist now. China abandoned communism back in 1992 when the Soviet Union fell and switched to a form of state capitalism, which has accounted for China's tremendous growth since then. It could probably grow a lot faster if it switched to free market capitalism, but any form of capitalism is better than any form of socialism. And while I agree that China has contributed mightily to American growth, we don't need China, but China DOES need us. I don't approve of using tariffs for political purposes, but if it reduces the amount of industrial spying and theft that goes on by the Chinese government, that will be a good thing. If the Chinese dig in their heels and refuse to budge, that won't be a good thing. And while I agree that the current Chinese government's goal is global domination, I don't think you should discount the ability of the people to change things down the road. I think the primary driver of political change is economic change... when a certain group of people start to get the money to demand influence, they typically get it. American blacks in the US lived with 2nd class status from Reconstruction until the 1950s and 1960s. What changed? The standard of living of American blacks. When a sufficient number of blacks had what amounted to a middle class income, they started demanding the rights and privileges of a middle class lifestyle. And that's what led to the civil rights movement, the end of segregation, the end of exclusionary policies, etc. In the late 18th century, most European countries still had a feudalistic system in place, in which the privileged nobility took and everyone else paid, but the capitalist system had lifted hundreds of thousands of people out of feudalistic peonage, and they started demanding an end to the privileges of the nobility. In China today, there have been thousands of new millionaires created, with an increasing expansion of the numbers of people in the middle class. So far, those middle class people haven't made their voices heard, but I think they will, and we should encourage that. China today is the biggest country in the world that is not a democracy, and we should be working to change that.
China’s form of government is totalitarian single party system. That one party is the Chinese communist party. There is nothing we can do to change that. All we can do is limit their economic growth whilst maximizing our economic growth.
https://www.google.com/search?q=bet...&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&safe=active&ssui=on When you put in the question against and get a whole google page that can be an indication it's not a real good idea. Trump isn't negotiating or even against the problem in the first place, he's trying to pay somebody off for past or future support. The man is cronyism personified.
Sure ... but this only works with those who are currently dependant on you ... with those who are not, they will only laugh at you and kick you much harder in the butt as you do with such threats. Thats ... for example ... the reason why Trump hates the EU, because here is he and are the US in the junior rule with view on economic power and realities...
I agree that the chinese can innovate And have said so here to clueless libs that tell us America has no reason to fear china But as long as we allow them to steal our ideas why should they invest billions in research when we do it for them?
I “admitted” nothing I agreed with the fact that repubs in the senate joined clinton in allowing china (and mexico) full access to our markets Which just as ross perot predicted in his famous debate with algore that caused massive loss of jobs in America And while few repub senators and house members are as full blown liberal as you are, they can be pretty far to the globalist side on trade And I have attacked them often on that point
Aside fact that you play the world police since decades on this planet ... but very hypocritical and often imcompetent ... Erdogan's threat seems to be the US ... so Donald Trump ... impressed (you remember the threatened "Ottoman slap" he threatened the US, if they were on the side of YPG fight in its illegal invasion to northern Syria?). No warmonger? Due to the alleged use of poison gas ... which until today contrary to some claim is not proven ... he has fired how many Tomahawks on Syria, with the risk of something Russian to hit? Anyway ... this is about a US alliance with the YPG in the fight against IS. Now that the IS is occupied in Syria for the US, is there a crap on the YPG? Interesting ... the world is learning again: "Do not band together with the US, because that does not mean anything ... because as soon as the US no longer feel like it, they are interested in a crap!" That makes you very trustworthy ...
So ... against anything what was not White European? Correct! But there were also differences in Apartheit between these groups and how bad they were trated! You know that?
That's funny. But you avoid the question as usual. Instead - look, an entire Google page ?? How's the reading coming ?? BTW what just happened with Mexico ?? Were the 5% tariffs implemented ?? Has Mexico acted to reduce illegal immigration at their southern border ?? Has Mexico acted to arrest human trafficking criminals ?? Has Mexico agreed to keep "asylum seekers" in Mexico ??
That's hilarious. Trump hates the EU. The above is a great example of projection. Keep the comedy coming.
All Mexico has done is agree to do what they were doing already. Trump admitted that his grandstanding play would hurt us so badly it would be felt by all and make him look worse than his China tariffs are going to be doing very soon so he backtracked it. You Trumpers are unbelievable in your unalloyed worship of the man.
What is hilarious? That I say that Trump hates the EU? Sorry, this is proven fact! And because Trump is towards the EU not in the strong positoion, but in the weaker rule ... he avoids as most as possible to negotiate with the EU, because such threats and such a beviour as done against Mexico will only cause a big European ROFL ...
Was there any good news about Trump during the last 2.5 years? Sorry ... I can't remember any which was not in reality fake, alternative truth or only simply a lie or finally a covering of the full truth and facts. And no ... this is not an internal US issue as you like to come ... because this bastard Trump is acting towards Europe and in special against my country.
I know that you don't ... because truth and facts if given proof against Trump and also coming from European sources are not welcomed in your American "MAGA hat mentality"!
Yafa, yada, yada I just limit the tome I waste my time arguing with germans about issues that are no e of your business And before you go crying to the mods, feel free to badger any other Americans on this forum who will tolerate you
I guess you haven't noticed Trump's antics are screwing up the world economy - so it's everyone's business.
