Planned Parenthood should have zero Federal Funding. Obamacare was supposed to take care of everything on their menu.

I'm not even sure that it would be possible to charge a doctor with murder. I can't see what physical evidence there would be to find them guilty. It may only be possible to charge them with operating an illegal service and also cancel their medical license if they have one. It's hard to know how the legalities would work.

Well aren't you the one who thinks that this is a possibility? Only, you weren't talking merely about a family member who hires someone to kill their brain dead family member, but rather the family member doing it themselves and there being no repercussions! Earlier you said "it depends on a myriad of factors" whether or not this would be illegal! I responded to you with this post:

Yes, it isn't on the same foundation. I wouldn't even say that it's on the same foundation if she stabs herself in the stomach and aborting that way. Of course, in that scenario she could just claim to have been attempting suicide.

If women knew that it was a life in the same way that it would be a life if it was born, then presumably they wouldn't want it to be killed, considering that they wouldn't kill it on the day of birth when the baby is in their arms. There is clearly a difference for them. Unless you can tell me about women who kill their baby on the day of birth.

Your point is that if the doctor is charged with murder then so should the woman - and to be honest, a legal debate inside government may determine that you are correct. So what I meant in my previous post is if the doctor can't be charged with murder, then neither would the woman. I would certainly want the doctor to be charged with something and it doesn't have to be murder. A specific crime could be established, which makes it illegal to provide an illegal abortion and the sentence could be equivalent to a murder sentence. Like I've said before, the legal stuff would need to be figured out and I don't claim to know precisely how it would look.
