It has to do with the fact that women DO NOT kill their born baby, therefore they clearly think of the baby differently to how some view it before giving birth and deciding to abort. And by "some" I mean women who abort but have already given birth before or give birth later in life after having had an abortion. SANE women do not kill their BORN babies, but sane women DO kill their unborn! Why do you suppose that is?

 

There would be no crime in having an abortion, and considering that you're questioning me on why I don't think that the woman should be prosecuted, you SURELY must know this! I can't see how you wouldn't by now! The crime in providing an abortion could be a number of things. One example I already gave in my previous post. Did you miss it? See below:

Then , read the following slowly:

If ANY patient is hysterical or uncontrollable or screaming or flailing about then they are sedated.

They can't be helped if they are uncontrollable.

MEDICAL personnel determine that. Trained medical doctors.....and that isn't you.

If a woman walks in and quietly and calmly asks for an abortion at 8 1/2 months she probably wouldn't be given a sedative BUT she would be given a psyche evaluation.


EITHER way(now read slowly) she would NOT be given an abortion.
