We are omnivorous creatures. We tend to be healthiest when we eat a balanced diet without overeating. It is all about portions, not food items. It always has been. The entire diet industry is worth ignoring. If you want to be healthy just don't overeat.

yep, you could eat a keto paleo diet or even a keto vegan diet.... the vegan keto diet is harder obviously, but can be done

 

agree, timing of eating is important as well, you need to have periods of fasting so the body can detox via autophagy, eating 6 meals a day and snacking keeps insulin levels high and that is not healthy and keeps you in fat storage mode vs fat burning mode all the time - even when I grew up, around 5pm was the last meal....
