As for her position that inmates should have access to medical treatment deemed necessary by medical professionals, if that’s a “disaster” then you are probably on the wrong side of the issue.

 

Sec change operations for imprisoned criminals is not medically necessary.

If it isn’t medically necessary then the procedure wouldn’t be done, unfortunately doctors and psychologists disagree with you that it isn’t medically necessary.

A public option would benefit them greatly across the board.
Reducing taxes by offsetting them to the super rich would benefit them.
Increasing child care credits would benefit them.
Making education affordable would benefit them.
