Can you show me where I, or Walter or anyone in this thread, said people alive today can be responsible for 400 years of poor skin care?
All I've said is I find it comical people are triggered by a commercial. Nothing more. Nothing less. End of story.

You and a few others are claiming the right is at fault for being triggered by a commercial, but it's been clearly pointed out (even though most know already) that it's the left who has been at war with it's own country over things like flags, hats, statues, and not only will they voice their distaste for things, but they will not hesitate to use violence and destruction as well.

You knew all this, but you wanted someone to clearly explain this to you.

Never said the "Right" is triggered by this commercial. I either called specific people out directly or said 'people' as in I find it comical 'people' are triggered by this commercial. NOW, if you want to talk about what triggers the Left, feel free to start a thread and I'll be happy to poke fun at them also. Understood?

So now discussing things we don't agree with on this forum means triggered? So each and every thread are newly triggered people?

Not at all. You seem to be struggling to comprehend what I'm posting. I've only been talking about this commercial. Not sure why you seem to think we've been discussing anything more than that. Try a little less projecting

No, I'm comprehending fine. You and a few of your buddies here are referring to anyone who doesn't agree with the message of this commercial as triggered. No one is projecting.

It's not about agreeing or disagreeing. In fact, I don't agree with it. But the difference is I'm not bothered or emotional over it like some of you are.

It's a discussion, it's not emotional. If you don't like to discuss things, this isn't the forum for you. No one made you respond here but you did and continue to do so.

Who said I didn't like discussing this? Again with the projecting. I have been discussing it by sharing my opinion. It's ok that I share my opinion, right???

Yes but when others do the same, you mock them calling them triggered.

A question put forth by the OP was "How in the world is a commercial like this acceptable?" To which I answered. It's not my fault you didn't like my answer. Maybe you need to grow thicker skin.

Or, now this may blow your mind, you can simply change the channel and/or not buy Vaseline and take joy in the simple things in life.

    Crazy, right??

Wait...we have a choice? You mean we don't HAVE to watch certain channels, listen to certain radio stations or buy certain products? Oh man...all this time I had noooooooo idea.

I will do those things for sure. However I am not willing to be the frog in the boiling pot. I don't have the luxury of just ignoring this kind of stuff and pretending it doesn't exist. Eventually it will get bad enough that they are stopping ME in traffic or showing up at MY door saying I need to give my house away to blacks because of my privilege. That is already happening to some people and guess who is doing it? BLM, the same people Vaseline is giving a platform to. So yes I will boycott, but no I will not ignore. Not anymore. It's gotten too out of hand

Let's get back to the basics.

It this commercial appropriate and would it be appropriate if it was calling White people victims of blacks?

The commercial targets race and that makes it racist no matter what anyone says. It is, no matter what the left says, absolutely not inclusive.

Did the White women of 400 years ago use Vaseline while it was denied to black women?

Has any black woman been denied buying Vaseline?

What is the point of the commercial other than being woke and divisive?

Can you imagine if any commercial had a white woman say her "beautiful white baby".

Does the left see anything but skin color?

You know what my wife and I do when a tv show we've watched for years starts to get political? Check this out...we stop watching it. And not because we're upset about it. We just aren't interested in it.

If I didn't know better and watched this commercial, I would think black people are not able to go to the same doctors or hospitals as others, they are not able to or are too stupid to learn about skin care, and are not able to purchase vaseline products. Also, that others are just very mean to them and hold them back from getting their health care.

And we know that's all completely false information.
