Until I see, indictments, OR it offered in a court of law in a civil suit, upheld by a judge, and survives cross examination, favorable jury verdict, you do not have proof of squat.

All you have is an unsettled argument, that's it.

So it wouldn't bother you if Rudy Giuliani had "manipulated" the data on the hard drive? I guess you missed the part of the examination where they determined that the hard drive data had been manipulated.
You come out with all of these statements, but don't offer any proof of what you are stating.
Ok, let's play that game: I think Rudy Giuliani "acquired" a laptop from Hunter Biden, had the data manipulated by mixing real emails with fake ones, and put it out there to cause Joe Biden problems politically. There is something very fishy about the whole thing, but I guess you trust Rudy Giuliani, because you like what he is saying, completely disregarding that he is a proven liar. In court, no less.
You are going to believe what you want to believe. And you will bend and twist the facts until they fit the narrative that makes you feel justified.
I'm not saying Hunter Biden is some saint, or not a drug addict, or a great person, because he's not. I'm not even saying that Hunter didn't get advantages because of who his father is. I submit that most presidents, if not all, have family members who get privileges because of their family relationship with the president.
I just find it odd that you are so triggered when it comes to Biden, but apparently don't have any problem with Trump or any other president when that happens.
Or maybe it's just Democrats?

It's breathtaking how an otherwise intelligent person can entertain conspiracy theories like mass voter fraud extending across (at least) 5 states.

 

Arrogance combined with incompetence and stupidity yields a dangerous individual. Fortunately these types rarely make it into our highest offices. It's only the rare offspring of rich families that have the potential. We should be on the lookout for such persons attempting to gain power.

They are evidence. The emails are slightly vague, and don’t say, yeah, I gotta give 10% to my dad Joe Biden, so it’s not proof, but it is evidence.

 

Proof is the evidence used to either support or ascertain that something happened or that a person's statement is true. Proof is a requirement in any criminal trial. Criminal statutes have several elements, each of which must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
