i never said that. I think it was to be expected when you’re full of drugs including a respiratory depressant, and choose to fight the police like a lunatic.

There most certainly is, a lesson you learn very early as a police officer is just because you THINK you have control does not make it so.

Again, it seems to escape your ability to see why the cops were called in the 1st place.
No where did i say a fake $20 bill killed him? Do you know what words, 'because of' means. It doesn't seem so.

What rubbish, kneeling on neck until death doesn't require drugs to be in anyone's system.

Yes, I agreed and showed his crimes he was found guilty of.
None of them said intent was a reason.

All 3 convictions were related to NO Intent.

    ...
Second-degree murder is causing the death of a human being, without intent to cause that death,

Third-degree murder is unintentionally causing someone’s death by committing an act that is eminently dangerous to other persons

Second-degree manslaughter is culpable negligence where a person creates an unreasonable risk and consciously takes the chance of causing death or great bodily harm to someone else. Chauvin was charged with committing or intentionally aiding in the commission of this crime.
    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...rges-breakdown-george-floyd-death/7307746002/

    ...
The only place intent is mentioned is under the 3rd charge and it's with the word OR.

well this officer learned a hard lesson, when a person is in cuffs, you don't have the right to kill them

Putting the full weight of someone's knee on another's neck will most certainly lead to bad things happening. It is a ridiculous method of restraint.

The main thing is selecting. They just don't use the majority of stuff they get.

The violent left clearly intimidated the jury and tainted the trial

False, it allows you to control the head which makes it shadier to control the Body and is a valid tool to use. Floyd died to drugs

Lesson learned from this? When confronting a beast like Floyd, jacked-up on drugs, and thrashing around, resisting arrest, and all while committing a crime... do the smart thing and let him go, so that he can just melt back inside a Black society that considers creatures like him to be a SAINT!

I know why they were called. So explain how the fake $20 bill caused his death as you stated.
Did a fake $20 shove pills down his throat? Did a fake $20 somehow make him resist arrest? Did a fake $20 make him fight with the officers trying to get him sitting in the vehicle while medical help was on the way? Did a fake $20 make him jump out the other side of the vehicle throwing himself to the ground? Did a $20 bill make his heart stop pumping efficiently so that he was no longer getting oxygen pumped through his body?

Cite the tesitmony then. And I have worked and played large events for over twenty years and know exactly how security works.

Just one of my stages where I was the zone manager

floyd didn’t have the right to commit crimes or resist arrest, and do have a massive cocktail of illegal substances including a respiratory depressant. Look where it got him. Someone dying in your custody doesn’t mean you killed them.

Cyberspace said he died because of a $20, you jumped in on it. The arresting officers had the details, the bill and the storeowner pointing out Floyd. That is all they needed to execute the arrest. Then of course came Floyd trying to destroy evidence.and then resisting arrest.

His death as the autopsy and testimony showed was due to hisnexisting severe heart condition, the lethal does of drugs he injested and then the physical struggle he engaged in resisting arrest. He was complaining of the shortness of breath long before he threw himself on the ground and why the EMT's had been called backnwhen they first had him sitting on the ground. There was no finding he died from suffication he died from pulmonary failure as his heart could no longer properly pump his blood through his clogged arteriers into lungs.
It was shown at trial the officers were trained to hold someone one the ground as they were doing.

Yes and there was a previous struggle to that and Floyd threw himself on the ground as the officers were trying to get him comfortably sitting in the police SUV. He caused his own death by his own actions.

    So you say.
    Where's the lunatic part?
Or perhaps you need to give the definition of lunatic?

You still don't get that Chauvin didn't necessarily know everything those other officers knew.

This is called an overgeneralization logical fallacy.

My favorite part is in the beginning where he's already whining about not being able to breathe (this was the second time he pulled that stunt while being arrested) while he's still sitting in the vehicle breathing. Then resisting arrest, jacked up on meth, he was a classic clot.
