    Isn't this what those of us thinking rationally have been warning about? You can't mix boys and girls in physical sports. You can't do it endangering girl players because it makes you feel good. You can't do it because a boy who can't compete against his own sex/gender wants to pretend to be the other. Not only is it unfair comeptiton, including competition for scholarship and income, it is UNSAFE!

    Trans Athlete Severely Injures Girls Volleyball Player With Spike — District Forfeits Games For Girls’ Safety

    A school board in North Carolina has voted to forfeit upcoming girls volleyball games against a rival team after a biologically male transgender athlete severely injured a female player.

    The Cherokee County Board of Education last month voted 5-1 to forfeit all games against Highlands High School over “safety concerns.” A trans player on the Highlands team injured a Hiwassee Dam High player’s head and neck with a spike to the face, resulting in concussion-like symptoms and ongoing vision problems, according to Education First Alliance.

    “The County will not participate in any volleyball games, varsity or junior varsity, against Highlands due to safety concerns,” the board decided.

    I think this is the best way to handle this since the athletic commissions will not intervene. Unless it is a coed sport simply forfeit all games against teams with trans players. Likewise players in those districts should refuse to participate.

    I 100% support equal rights for transgenders but this isn’t equal rights, it’s unequal benefit.

    Is this what has to happen to the girls? We need them to get severely injured? When you let developed males compete against females, what the heck did anyone expect would happen?

    If the boy couldn't make the boy's team then he needs to improve or find a new sport in which he can excel. Allowing him to play against girls is wrong

    I'm curious, how did everyone find out the female player was actually a male?

    In all the stories about Ts in sports it's always the women who get the short end of the stick. A person with a man's body should only compete against other people with men's bodies.

    1) I have been on record for YEARS at PF as being vehemently opposed to Biologically-Born Males (TF) competing in Girls/Womens Sports...
    The TF have an Unfair Competitive Advantage. Period!
    I fully support the decision to refuse to compete in matches vs teams that feature a TF Player
    And, as a point of order and civility:
    2) Was it really necessary to order people around like THIS:

    ^That seems rather impolite, uncivil, and diisespectful at an Adult Forum...:smdh:

    We are limited to how much content from a cite we can post due to copyright law. The Admin has asked we not get them issued warnings from lawyers threatening fair use violations. The suggestion was for the benefit or anyone wanting to participate because there is so much more in the article itself especially from the parents. Quite frankly I try to do it with every new thread but that's just me. Didn't mean to step on your toes.

    If women are equal to men, why do you refuse to date women? The discrimination in your dating belies your claims of "equal". I have zero interest in dating a man but I never claimed that men and women are equal.... you did. Explain please.

    Men and women are distinctly not equal in many ways. In fact, physically and mentally men and women can be worlds a part. The "equlity" arguement goes no further and should go no further than equality under the rule of law and under The Constitution of the United States.

    Women are far far superior. Not even close. Men are nowhere near the quality of women. I LOVE WOMEN. You on the other hand discriminate against them. They are not high enough in status or quality for you to date them, marry them and live with them. Your actions do not match your rhetoric. My actions do match my rhetoric. I date, marry and live with the better sex.

    I believe the problem here is language. A person considered to be the same as another in status or quality WITH REGARDS TO WHAT?! Clean up your definition and better communication can occur.

    Different =/= not equal.

    Fact: Women are on average weaker than men. That does not mean women are inferior. Just means that they are different.

    Fact: Women are the only sex that can get pregnant. That does not mean men are inferior. Just means that they are different.

    This thread is NOT about a legal issue other than stupid laws that say boys pretending to be girls must be allow to play on girls teams. This is about sports and this new feel good liberal mindset that is threatening girls not just in their ability to use sports as a way to attend college by endangering them physically.

    I am speaking of equal as a person (legally). Entitled to equal treatment and status

    That does not mean they are the same as men — it means they are equal to men.

    It’s fascinating to watch so many people absolutely freak out by the statement that women are equal to men.

    What you are doing is spin.

    No one in this thread has a problem with women having equal rights as men. IE: the legal aspect.

    They don't even care if Transgenders have equal Rights. In the legal aspect.

    What they don't agree with, and is the part you're spinning, is allowing biological men to compete in women's sports. You are presenting your argument as if a trans m>f is a woman and refusing to note the distinction. As such your argument is fallacious because you're ignoring context. All to make the proclamation that you did here:

    You're trying to act as if those that are against biological males competing in women's sports are really just against women's Right to equal treatment under the law. To make them out to be misogynistic.

    We get it, you believe that transwomen are actually women. And that is how you're arguing. But they are not. Doesn't matter how much estrogen a man takes. Doesn't matter if he gets his dick inverted. Doesn't matter how much vocal training he goes through. Doesn't matter how much plastic surgery he goes through. He. Will. Never. Become. An. Actual.
