Ayuh,... Yer exactly Right,... Reid, 'n the Democrats haven't passed a Budget in over 2 YEARS... The Democrats are the 1s, Refusing to do their JOBS...
So its okay to take money out of social security and use it today? This is the mentality that breeds stupid Americans, why save for tomorrow when you can spend it today. You do realize that most "rich," people are rich because they save for tomorrow rather than spend today? I have known and been around a lot of what would be considered rich people, most of them where very frugal, maybe the poor could learn something form them. Besides 700 a year is what a week 13 dollars, maybe they could quit smoking and make up the difference.
No problem at all, SS IS GOING BROKE. Tax cuts should be paid for, if our Representatives were doing their jobs instead of playing political election games they would have been more thorough in performing their duties. Can you at least see that?
gosh then who does that make these guys? Sen. Richard Lugar (R-IN) called on Boehner and House Republicans to pass it tonight. "He's obviously under a lot of pressure," Lugar told NBC's Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports. "Im hopeful that they will proceed," he added, going on to call it best for the country. Massachusetts Republican Scott Brown, who, like Lugar, is running for re-election in 2012, called House Republicans "irresponsible and wrong" for planning to vote down the Senate's two-month payroll-tax-cut extension. Actually, no I haven't listened to my daily dose of Rush today. Please explain how they are repaying SS funds back into the system. I'll gladly wait, since you seem to be so informed
Paid for by increasing home loan guarantee fees charged to mortgage lenders by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Housing Administration by one-tenth of 1 percentage point. The fee is passed on to home buyers and will apply to many new purchases and refinancings starting Jan. 1.
Ayuh,... Whata deal,... give me $7.00 a week for a 2 months, 'n screw me outa $17.00 a month for 30 Years... Then when I retire, the screwin' continues with smaller/ lesser benefits, for Life...
Isn't home sale way down? This doesn't seem to help the recovery in home sales in the least. Actually it sounds like another tax to exempt one tax. That isn't a very dependable revenue source. Again sounds half arsed bill, yet they consider themselves done.
yah I think youre right. shouldnt the people who benefit from fanny and freddy help pay for their losses?
LOL, those who benefit are those typically too poor to have normal financing, but Dems are against taxing the poor. How do you reconcile that with those NEEDY, POOR minorities (those who benefit from FF). Dems, LOL, you talk out of your mouths. First your for the poor and middle class, then your against tax cuts for the poor and middle class. Then your against tax cuts, next your for them. What are your marching orders today?
Headlines all wrong; not true. The President and his sidekick Harry Reid are the ones playing political games. The Prez had a chance to sign a yr-long bill to extend this tax cut just days before this one; he turned it down. That's what he said he wanted.....BUT we all know for sure now that all he really wanted was a political ploy to smear Republicans with. Let's get this non-leader, political partisan who doesn't give two hoots about doing what is right for the country out of the White House!!
9 out of 10 loans are guaranteed by fannie or freddy....9 out of 10 americans are too poor to have normal financing?
great, then republicans in the house should just go home. btw why are all those senate republicans trying to smear reupblicans?
We have a dumb stupid bill and Democrats once again proving they know nothing about business and their policies are folly whose only objective is to play partisan politics.
