Zimmerman Trial (Wed. July 10th.) MOD ALERT

Isn't it funny how the Trayvonistas have claimed for over a year that murder 2 was a legitimate charge......yet they saw their own prosecution team back off today and start begging for a lesser included conviction.........funny stuff......who was right all along. Both of the blacks on Dr Drew saying that there will be mass violence in the black community if GZ is acquitted.....

 

In my dreams, Trayvonista heads everywhere explode when George walks.

Gotta hope. Too much ignorance for the Republic to survive otherwise.

I believe that the Prosecution mentioned today that they wanted a lesser-included of jaywalking.

It's like a $125 fine.

I do kinda miss the Trayvonistas.........they provided create comedic relief.......to think that another human being could actually believe some of the nonsense theories......."bad gun recoil" was my favorite!

 

Listening to the lies being spoouted on CNN with the Martin talking heads this wouldn't have happened if Zimmerman had followed the instructions of the dispatcher. Claiming he was told to stay in his truck and he didn't.

I want one Martin support to prove that while Zimmerman was in his truck he was told not to get out of it or that when the NEN dispatcher said "we don't want you doing that" he was even near his truck. Even when the truth was pointed out to them that the request came AFTER he had left his truck they whined well if he never had gotten out it wouldn't have happened as if that has any bearing on his guilt.

THIS is what they hinge their case on and it is totally fallacious.

All of the females on Dr Drew shrilly screaming at Frank Taffe that they no longer listen to him because he argues too loudly........meanwhile he responds in a normal talking voice.........this whole circus is becoming more comical by the moment.......

 

Desperation definitely has a comedic side...in this case.

 

I started a thread and asked them to explain as they had said would happen the prosecution presented evidence to support their assertions. Even told them to create a thread asking Zimmerman supporters the same. Not one posted and defended their previous arguments. I can well imagine Sadanie is in hiding after her statements of fact about the trajectory would prove the shot could not have been fired as Zimmerman stated was blown down the toilet she is preferring not to discuss it anymore.

Let's be real clear here folks.This IS a political Trial.
Forget the DOJ { or Obama's DOJ }.
Forget how most of the Congressional Black caucus very quickly made
their support on the House floor known.
One of THE biggest Support groups for Democrats is the Trial lawyer
lobby.Most Attorneys know where their bread is buttered.As are most
Federal Judges appointed.meaning the Democrats hold almost total
sway over any agenda involving lawyers.Which is the paramount reason Obama
and any court filing as to his Birth Certificate issues or even his Social Security
number { he used different SS numbers } was never allowed to see the light of day.
PURE adulterated intimidation and pressure applied towards any Judge or
Lawyer daring to even consider Obama's status in relation to a Legal,authenticated
Birth certificate.
Likewise a similar approach to this Trial.So expect a huge majority of lawyers
and judges to side with Zimmerman being found guilty.
It's that simple.The fix was put in like all other things tied to an Obama
Oligarchy where certain practitioners are rewarded and others penalized.
Where Obama literally has seen fit to control the pursestrings therefore
Where the mantra exists ... Public Obedience or Oppression..
And make no mistake Obama has Oppression down to science,by now.

 

Half this country voted for Obama. Half this country are parasites. Half this country believes the Trayvon fairytale.

Half this country is stupid.

Why I will never root for the Miami Heat:

 

The one in charge has to make a call. It seemed she had a tad more patience, at times, for the prosecution but I'm not sure her rulings were incorrect because of that.

I was sympathetic to West's pleas to allow the text messages is because he is his client's advocate and has a duty to provide the best defense he could. I know I would want evidence that supported my case allowed to be entered and heard. I just don't know that Judge Nelson was incorrect (legally speaking) in not allowing it to be entered. If her only reason was what if somebody had taken his phone and texted the useful texts...I think that weak unless there was evidence to support it and not just her feeling.

All that aside the DOJ whipping up demonstrations against an American citizen is unconscionable.

 

We all agree she should not have been on the stand. Esp as she discredited herself, and the state discredited themselves due to the circumstances of the interview.

The judge did not advise him of his right... she cross examined the defendant.

 

Justice for Travon:


"A 13-year-old boy who police say was doused with gasoline and lit on fire last week while walking home from school is recovering from first-degree burns to his face and head.

The boy was just two blocks from his home in Kansas City Tuesday when two teenagers began to follow him and then attacked him, his mother, Melissa Coon, said.

Police have described the suspects as black 16-year-olds, while the victim is white.

"We were told it's a hate crime," Coon told KTLA.

"They rushed him on the porch as he tried to get the door open," Coon told KMBC. "(One of them) poured the gasoline, then flicked the Bic, and said, 'This is what you deserve. You get what you deserve, white boy.'"

By lighting the gasoline, the second attacker "produced a large fireball burning the face and hair" of the boy, according to a Kansas City Police Department report obtained by KCTV..."

The defense is NOT REQUIRED to ANNOUNCE AHEAD OF TIME, which of their witnesses, they will or will not call. They must merely be ON THEIR LIST OF WITNESSES, and this does NOT MEAN that they have to call them.

They are free to call WHOMEVER is on their witness list, WHENEVER they choose, before they rest their case, or NOT AT ALL.

The judge has LOST HER FRIGGIN' MIND.

Zimmerman pointed the gun at him for 45 seconds and let him scream instead of pulling the trigger right away?

I like what one witness said today, "Anything is possible, but not everything is plausible".

 

That occurred while he was straddling Zimmerman, on the ground. SEVEN PEOPLE identified the voice as Zimmerman's.

No one but FAMILY MEMBER's claimed it was "The No Limit (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)"'s...if memory of the testimony serves correctly...

The trajectory of the bullet ALSO supports this. Sorry.

 

Why so many negative comments on black people?
Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Michael Jordan, RG3 and Barrack Obama strike that much fear?
Not many people are looking to hang in the trailer park or be a stranger in a rural community that is all white.
Yeah you have poor blacks but you have the same type of people in all communities. Not long ago, the Mafia was the most feared organization in the country followed by the clan and motorcycle gangs with black street gangs placing in fourth place.

That said, Zimmerman will be found guilty by his own statements that he could have clarified. The animation shows that the events don't make sense meaning they have to be a lie based on the timeline and distance covered.
The lack of effort in way of resonable self defense by Zimmerman do not indicate a fight for his life leading to the shooting
The weight differential makes it hard to see a wrestling match that Zimmerman doesn't have an advantage.
The inability to reach his weapon negates the listed position of the bodies.
The 911 call indicates intent
There is a fact he killed an unarmed person 1 minute before the police arrived

The jury has the chance to experiment with the theories and body positions as there isn't a believable witness. All defense witnesses showed and made statements of bias.
The specialist didn't prove self defense and didn't produce a reasonable scenario for the use of deadly force. Zimmerman also made no effort in which he expressed fear during the confrontation, effort to disengage or remorse as he said he would do the same thing again if given a chance. That is not fear in any way.
