For at least 20 seconds... while he is on top of Zimmerman raining down blows... yes that makes perfect sense.

She's black.......end of story........I have not seen a single black person, talking head or otherwise, opine that GZ is innocent......it's a tribal thing.

I think Zimmerman's neighbor thinks he's innocent. She wasn't asked that on the stand though.

Captain Carter. Who testified for the Prosecution, was great for George.

But over 90% of the blacks are all (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up otherwise.

Funny how 7 people could identify Zimmerman's voice, but no one believes that the EXPERT could identify ANY voice!

That makes a lot of sense!

Yer entire schtick, like Obama's is no more complicated than the
Twilight zone episode :- Nick of Time - {1960} staring William Shatner.
Where a Cheap Penny Fortune machine { just insert a penny } is used to
instill doubt and then fear.Tearing at their very core which is Gaslighting

    You are totally off!

Zimmerman may be found "not guilty," because of "reasonable doubt," but he NEVER will be found INNOCENT!

Everyone KNOWS that he is guilty of shooting an unarmed teenager who would still be alive today if Zimmerman had minded his own business.

There is a HUGE difference between being found "not guilty" and being found "innocent!"

    Look at OJ. . .

Zimmerman may go "legally" free. He will NEVER be free of the death he provoked.

Why don't you try expressing yourself in a succinct, clear manner, instead of trying to imitate your high school books?

    I'm not impressed!

I don't get anything about this trial if the highest charge isn't involuntary manslaughter... I could imagine that charge working, but 2nd degree Murder???? No way...

Obviously. . .One side was based on new scientific expertise.
The other was based on "emotionality" and borderline lies to help a friend!

Yeah, nobody wins in this case. The parents have a dead son and George has to live with this and always watch his back.

lmao Sunny is saying GZ's neighbor reinforced the "wannabe cop" idea again in her testimony... this woman shouldn't be on this panel. She's not even close to fair.

It won't matter to GZ if he is convicted of murder 2 or manslaughter.......he will get a virtual life sentence either way with this evil judge.......the sad part is the jury will not be informed of this

My Impressions are so indubitably spot-on I doubt that even George Orwell,
if given the opportunity { being dead } would love nothing more than to
    be able to reply.

Apparently Florida law allows for more than one charge to be filed so he will probably get manslaughter....maybe. He definitely won't get 2nd degree murder. I am not a particular fan of Zimmerman but this clearly isn't a second degree murder case. Pluse Alan Derschowitz agrees with me, although I wonder how he found my opinion, must have been an earlier post I made awhile back or something.

The case is junk, and even with all the state's interference I still see a mistrial as the worst result, one of those chicks will end up being more scared of a thuggish black guy than a fat-ass latino... Oh, I can assure you what I just said is totally not PC, but then again, neither is the real world... :)

O'Mara has done an extraordinary job, under intense pressure, in a hurried time-line with limited resources.....with a biased/adversarial judge.....he's made the legal profession proud........not so much the smarmy prosecution........I hope he makes millions on book deals, etc.

LOL make sure you charge him.

Hey also I think Sunny Hostin agrees with you, but with her logic it should be first degree murder. Toobin sides with TM a bit, but he at least doesn't regurgitate the same truth stretching crap as the prosecution.

Manslaughter instructions will be given to the jury but so will self defense.
