That is correct.
It appears that a third of those who has died prematurely is due to anti COVID-19 measures.

 

Isn't a trend just a whole lot of the same personal anecdotes?

 

People are dying from lockdowns and other anti COVID measures.

What the CDC found was that 6% of covid deaths had no other health issues. It did NOT find that the other 94% would have died of other causes...merely that they became MORE vulnerable to covid because of them...and nearly half the nation has those vulnerabilities

Okay, then what are the 2019 total U.S. death statistics from the CDC?

 

See, you cannot think without bringing politics to the issue.

If everyone is obsessed with COVID-19 and money associated with that who do you think would care about suicides?
I can see again that you have no interest to find the truth.

If you're claiming that we have had 300,000 more suicides than normal...you're going to need to document that nutty claim

 

I was referring to the article posted earlier.
The point is that some people have died due to loneliness and lockdown, bu now one cared about it.

 

Compiled into data sets, sure. That’s not what happened here.

 

200,000 is a lie because it's many more than that. Strange though that when you wrongly used your calculations to "show" that more people died in 2018 the CDC figures were accurate but suddenly they are not accurate when shown that your calculations were wrong

 

It's an incident which can be compiled and become part of a data set. Of course it's much more important to the people involved than it is to those who gather data. It's their reality.

 

Until that happens it’s useless. Get back to us when that changes

The bottom line is that projected mortality this year about 1000 / 9 i.e. increase by 1.3 % which translates to death access about 15 - 20 thousands extra deaths.

 

Let me know when that happens.

 

A better way to see the situation is:
First, do you agree that more people die in winter than summer?

Using the figure you quoted earlier of 2018, an average of (2839205/52) = 54600 deaths per week from all causes which over 36 weeks gives number of deaths from all causes = 1,965,603 in 2018.

In 2020 number of deaths from all causes in 36 weeks = 2,167,730 which gives an excess deaths of 202,126 for those 36 weeks.

And given the answer to the first question of yes, 54600 deaths per week is higher than actual figure for the weeks 5 to 41 of the year hence 202126 is a lower estimate of excess deaths for those 36 weeks

 

We have to take whole year numbers.
