The alt right will never be dead in the mind of the LW, just like KKK and Nazis. They desperately need their boogeymen to deflect their own hypocrisy and lie narratives, will never turn them loose.

 

People who can't see that our gun situation is messed up are steeped in ideology. Ideology blinds people to facts and reason.

It would help if one of our two electable political parties did not treat gun rights the way it does presently, but of course they are too chicken sh** to do otherwise.

They are Big Government Progressives, and they only are global in that they wish minorities across the world to be segregated or eliminated.

Depends on how you define "freedom".

Right wingers believe government is evil until cops kill innocent blacks. Then when people protest, they are viewed as violent and unpatriotic by the far right. Thus, to these deluded righties, freedom is the right of cops to abuse people.

Freedom is restricted in the minds of the far right when government imposes regulation such as by inspecting and determining that certain medicines are harmful. Such medicines, say the right, should be distributed and let the buyer beware. Then when the courts are tied up because of lawsuits from victims of poisonous medicines and millions of dollars awarded by juries, these same right wing critics attack lawyers and blame them for the legal messes started by the corporations who profit from people's misery.


Nobody is more opposed to true freedom than is the deluded far right. It may not be fashionable or politically correct to say so but it sure as hell is true.

A diverse country is not a strong country, it will inevitably split, like it was with other multicultural countries, be it Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia or the Soviet Union.

OP claims the "alt right" is dead. I claim it was never really alive. What most of the alt right is are a bunch of rebellious young people on 4chan. Today they are the "alt right" because they are going after the very easy targets of big gov machinery that controls the MSM, and the MSM defends and paints any of their opposition as "dangerous racists." Nothing new there, dog bites man, but near infinitely fertile material for memesters.

Could there be a larger, easier more fun target than Hillary Clinton, who resembles a preachy pedantic teacher on her GOOD days and a witch on bad days? Contrast to Donald Trump, full of zingers and shade that rebellious kids LOVE. Same for ANTIFA, could there BE an easier target than sickly, hypocritical dumbasses wearing masks? If they were on the RW, the "alt right" on 4chan would be attacking those... but the MSM narrative on them would turn positive on a dime.

Tomorrow or next week, when they turn and roast some GOP or even the Trump admin, the media will portray these same people as "heroic internet sleuths." THE... EXACT... SAME... PEOPLE.

I do not really consider the 'Alt Right' as an umbrella, but only as the loudest and most prominent group who is using the label (Spencer et alt). I myself am a "heavyweight" Libertarian Regionalist and do not consider myself "alt-right".

Anyhow, "Alt Right" is primarily an American movement and really they should not give a darn about Europe.
