Bernie claimed foul in Iowa last year, the DNC bought an untested hilary campaigner's app, it fails, the system fails, Pete paid a pile a money to the app , Pete claims victory before anyone sees results somehow, and Pete and Bernie are surprisingly neck and neck. No clue what it means other than the DNC can't even run a state race without serious issues of credibility and it's on demonstration for all of America.
