With no immunity, it will spread forever, and people will get it over and over and over. That said, how does destroying the economy accomplish anything? Can't stand the heat, eh? I accept your surrender.
What do you think that millions of people sick, disabled and dead will do to the economy ? The difference between you and I is that I value human life and you and you conservative ilk do not. In time the economy will adjust. Yes there will be pain but we will find ways to function while protecting people and saving lives.
With no immunity, it will do this regardless of what we do. Thus, there's no rational argument to keep the economy closed. You;re fully aware that you only support keeping the economy closed is because of the harm it does to Trump's chances at re-election. For you, a depression is worth it.
The stock market crashed which sent the rest of the economy spiraling, that was Feb. Then a national emergency was declared a month later in March..
If you had been listening, I did not say that we should keep it closed. I am saying that we should not be flinging the doors open with no restrictions or precautions like a lot of crazy irresponsible knuckleheads want to do
Made up inane equine excrement > A straw man for sure . Do not presume to tell me what I am or am not aware of
The closure of commerce by the states sent the economy "spiraling" - people didn't stop participating in the economy because the market fell, people stopped participating in the economy because it closed.
Yet they refuse to answer why Trump declared a nation a emergency which sent the stay at home orders rolling.
They were going to anyway because of the crash the stock market dropped more than the 2008 drop. You are aware of the lack of jobs then also and any another time the stock market has a black swan event?
I give less than a rats hind parts if you think that I'm lying . It is true that I want to see Trump go down hard, but not the expense of the economy and working people. He will go down because of his incompetency and stupidity
Ah - so not only do you lie to us, you don't care that we know it. Got it. Unlikely. Win by any means.
Reluctantly I answered no. Although I don't fear the virus from the sense that wife or myself are in a high risk group. My wife does spend many hours a week visiting and looking after an elderly parent who is a very high risk group. Luckily we both have the opportunity to work from home. Even though there would be advantages for me to return to the office the risk are just too great. My standard work day I spend time about 5-10 minutes on a crowded train platform in the morning. Get on a crowded train that I ride for 45 minutes to get to the downtown core. Walk through crowded streets, ride up and down crowded elevators and work in a crowded office and repeat the whole process again to get home. I would imagine I come in contact with hundreds of people directly daily and probably 1000s indirectly. I would never forgive myself if I caught something and eventually passed it onto my mother-in-law.
the Trump guidelines said to stay closed, is Trump trying to harm his re-election? Trump gives guidelines to the states to re-open, Trump supporters get upset with the states for following Trump's guidelines why doesn't Trump change the guidelines if that is what his supporters want?
If you can demonstrate your claim to be true, you do not need to ask any questions. I accept your concession.
On the CBS Good Mawning an expert was saying that after an effective vaccine gets on the market it will take a year or two of vaccinating before it has much of an effect. Local health officials need to be planning to run people through the process like cattle to vaccinate the most people in the least time. Maybe like in basic where they shot you nineteen times in four minutes with pneumatic vaccinating guns.
I accept the fact that you are ignorant of the economic history of the US in relation to stock market activity and losses.. Good day.
