Liberals have pretty much disarmed legal gun owners in places like NYC, Washington DC, etc. And as I have pointed out liberals had teams of police going door to door illegally confiscating even revolvers while Blackwater protected the homes and business of the rich with AR-15s. That is how common sense gun control works.

Common sense should mean that I get to use the same weapons to protect my family as the bodyguards of Bloomberg, Soros, et al. are allowed to use. The 2nd Amendment should be supported by every person that cares about not ending up like Cuba or North Korea.

Here is why we need AR-15s.

Oh I must have misunderstood you when you said “Biden trying to restrict rights as though he is some sort of king”. Apologies.

It is fascinating that you deem someone asking for clarification on what you are speaking in is them being partisan. While I wish I was as infallible and all knowing on all topics like yourself I am not, as such I ask for more information when I need a better understanding of what is being discussed.

I am sorry that, what I believed, was basic knowledge on an historical event has upset you.

Your video pretty mush shows what having these types of weapons will do verses the military or police: very little.

I don’t even agree we should be banning weapons, I just think we need licensing and training to purchase — especially the ones capable of causing rapid casualties, especially for younger individuals.

you didn't misunderstand but it's okay. Ejecting like a king or an emperor or a dictator because of what he does not what he says
you aren't asking for clarification you're playing dumb.
I delight in your butt hurt.

I had genuinely not heard of it

Since, as usual, you have moved to childish insults instead of discussion I looked it up. The new zero tolerance policy kicks in for the following:

ATF will issue a notice of revocation whenever it determines an FFL has willfully committed a single act of one of the following violations:
    1. Transferring a firearm to a prohibited person
    2. Failing to conduct a required background check
    3. Falsifying records, such as a firearms transaction form
    4. Failing to respond to a trace request
    5. Refusing to permit ATF to conduct an inspection
Other willful violations that may result in the issuance of a notice of revocation include but are not limited to failure to:
    1. Account for firearms
    2. Verify and document buyer eligibility
    3. Maintain records needed for successful firearms tracing
    4. Report multiple sales of handguns
Those all seem like pretty major mess-ups. Is your issue that you feel they should be given multiple violations before revocation occurs? There is also an appeal process for minor errors.

Should FFA dealers be allowed to willingly falsify records or refuse an ATF inspection? Which ones do you take issue with?

Such an intellectually cognizant way to end a post. So you believe it causes me to be “butt hurt” due to your failure to understand historical events?

Very little? Here is an opinion that suggests otherwise.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?

But that isn’t what happened in the video source you posted. Didn’t the gun confiscation (which I disagree with btw) go off pretty easily?

Fair enough, now you have. No doubt you'll make some excuse for it

You're personal attacks and immature behavior is water under the bridge.

The rest of your post needs no response.

As I like to respond when someone asks why I need an AR-15, the answer is for to deal with people who try to take away my AR-15.

Holy Snotloller these complete and utter plebs are going to handwrap the election in pretty golden bows to the republicans after they were given a GIFT with Roe v Wade. Unbelievably hilariously incompetent.

If we want constitutional amendments, then we ratify. That stupidly simple. President dumbass is going to lose in 2024. I don't know who the R nominee is and I don't even care. Biden's the worst president in our human lifetimes, by a long shot.

In the 1930s, a tax was levied on marijuana. In order to own marijuana, one had to get a tax stamp from the government to prove the tax had been payed. In order to get the tax stamp, the marijuana had to be presented to the assessors office. But it was illegal to have the marijuana without the tax stamp, so if you took it to the assessors office to get the tax stamp, you were arrested for having marijuana without the tax stamp (unless you were friends with the assessor of course, then you could get the stamp beforehand). So people stopped growing/buying/selling marijuana (except for people with friends in the govt, and criminals of course).

Machine guns were also catch-22'd in precisely the same way also in the 1930s.

Should I call that regulation, or should I call it a ban? Doesnt really matter... Im sure you get my point.

Therefore, any action by the people that goes beyond a peaceful protest is that of an attempt at insurrection and those citizens should be charged with a felony, tried, and convicted. Should anyone get hurt or die during their actions, a life sentence should be considered.

    Karma is such a @%$#&!

I posted what it does and asked you which part you disagreed with to which you deleted it and didn’t answer since you deemed it “needs no response”.

So you are saying you are not taking issue with any of it or do you disagree with all of it?

    There are already limits

As to your opinion on Biden being the worst — we will let historians make that call. He did replace one of the worst rated so we will have to see.

I do agree he likely will not be the nominee in 2024

That is a ban. Not being able to possess something legally is a ban, not regulation.

He seems ok with .22 rimfire. I'd like to see the GOP introduce a bill that restricts the secret service that protects him, to whatever he demands our self-defense is reduced to.

This is nothing more than morsel of red tofu for his base - sound & fury signifying nothing. It doesn't have a prayer & he knows it. Or his handlers do; I'm skeptical Dementia Joe knows anything more than when it's time for ice cream.

Since there seems to be no compromise, let's just ban all guns, eliminate the second amendment.
No one needs a gun in this country.
