    Didn't get a reply on this one ... so went back to look for the "wreck".
    How many weeks did Feinstein conceal Ford's identity before leaking her name, and the horrific details to media? Along that same line, isn't the appropriate time and place to reveal those things at Cory Bookers ethics committee inquiry? That is what's needed to sort this all out isn't it? Unless Booker is being urged, like Kavanaugh to request the FBI investigate, what choice does committee have but to investigate?

    If you hire a lawyer, one of the first questions people ask are, “what is this going to cost”.
    You don’t hire an attorney on a blank check.

    Why would an attorney represent a doctor pro bono?

    Who cares? its irrelevant. He wants to remain anonymous so he will probably not tell Diane Feinstein.

    Yes the sheep jumped all in with Kavanaugh with nothing but an allegation and some replanted memories. Then bleated their way to the Senate and SCOTUS. While setting up grazing around Repub Politicians homes.

    A lawyer is required by law to make sure the client is aware of any financial obligations before they occur. Dr. Ford may have started with a small retainer but then the lawyers started working realizing that some Democrat doners or the GoFundMe would cover their costs, or even that the publicity would be good enough.

    The lack of communication can leave a client in doubt.

    When I pointed out that his own lawyer, a Republican Party official, wouldn't back up his story.

    Remember when you were up in arms about a Democrat recommending a lawyer for Dr. Ford? This guy's lawyer is the Republican Party!

    And? Ford's lawyer, no lawyer backs up incidents they haven't witnessed. How can they? If the accuser persists, no matter what any attorney might say, someone WILL investigate the persistent accusation. BTW ... I was never up in arms about Ford's having a lawyer. In fact I immediately suggested she desperately needed one.

    Democrats didn't care that the accusations against Kavanaugh were anon when they were first made. They all immediately jumped on the clown car. Your point would be a good one if it wasn't blatantly hypocritical.

    Which of the six investigations into his past are you talking about? Investigations are based on who, what, where and when. Ford offered the who. She couldn't tell them when or where. She gave them some "who" people and they all stated that they had no knowledge about her specific allegation so the "who" was shot in the ass. Her story changed numerous times. There wasn't anything to investigate. The prosecutor said she couldn't have retained a warrant because of the lack information offered by the accuser. It was a manufactured allegation.

    Indeed, and even as pathetic as her accusation was against Kavenaugh it was still the most credible of the three since the other two consisted of a blatant Dem Party operative and an outright skank notorious for being a con-artist.
