Yes, I might abort then but would be extremely reluctant to do so, and the probabilities would really have to weigh in the favor of aborting her, since my ethical values are not based entirely on utilitarian approaches. However, yes, if you wanted to abort your wife in that situation I wouldn't stop you.
I do wonder what Pro-Choice feminists would think about performing an Abortion on an unconscious woman who can't give her consent though.
The same as anyone would say about performing any medical procedure without the other person being able to give consent, you seek the opinion of the nearest and dearest and if that is not possible then you follow ethical guidelines, doctors face these choices every day poor buggers.

Progressives would keep on having abortions more than ever, even if they got total complete wealth equality.
