I have spent some time trying to imagine how someone might "rig" an election. I guess in a small community, where one single, powerful politician can control everything, a single district could be swung in one direction illegally. But in the 2020 election we just lived thru, I can't imagine how anyone or any Party, could manage to do that on a state or national scale--not with the computer safeguards we have in place now, or with all the public scrutiny going on constantly. Conspiratoralists never seem to consider the difficulty of doing what they claim is happening. I'd be very interested in having them tell us exactly how Democrats could pull off such a stunt under the intense public scrutiny this whole election has endured. They would have to switch tens of thousands of votes in any given locale to change the outcome. How could anyone preplan such a feat? No one knew exactly how any given state, or portion of that state, would actually vote. The polls had been wrong in 2016, & no one trusted them entirely in 2020. So how do you determine where to concentrate your resources & how do you know how many votes it would take to actually change the outcome there? No one knew. You're acccusing Democrats of doing something impossible. How can I or anyone take your seriously?
