Can I just ask the most basic question of our Moon Hoaxer friends?

I am as positive as I can be that there is no actual point in further engaging with this delusional troll. He makes claims that "once people have seen it", they will too be drawn into the web of stupid, yet when newcomers chime in with their views disputing this, he simply ignores them or claims they are shills or plants.

Not one person has come to his threads here, his moronic basketball forum thread or any of his other forum spammed threads and actually agreed with him. It is slightly disturbing that there are people like this on the internet, who lack any integrity, logic, critical thinking skills or cogent ability at any level. I don't know which is better, contempt or pity.

This troll measures a person's credibility by their inability to believe in another idiotic conspiracy theory, notably one that derives from a person who believes in Apollo! He uses people like Chomsky to support one aspect of his idiocy, whilst claiming he has been got at to dismiss where Chomsky dismisses things like 911.

It is just pathetic that this person claims he is a truth seeker, there are so many things wrong with his worldview it is quite appalling.

 

And when you look at the body of evidence, the need for secrecy, reliance on unknown technology it actually would have been easier to just go to the Moon, than to try and fake it. And an answer I never seem to be able to get - Why did Alexi Leonov believe the Americans landed on the Moon, the one man on the planet who would absolutely know it was faked, believes it is real

Unfortunately it makes the fallacious assumption that all solar flares are aimed toward us (they're not, space is three-dimensional after all) and the further fallacious claim that the 15 flares per day that emit "detectable" x-rays are automatically heavy enough to worry about at all making the logical fallacy of assuming that what one sources considers a "low energy flare" is the same as the 15 per day that are "detectable".
