How can you say that presenting a kid as a bigot and racist all over the world, simply because he wore a Maga hat and was at a pro life protest is not a malicious act? The MSM were so gung ho on defaming him, that they didn't even check to find out what was really going on, and who the people involved were - and that's what the lawsuit is all about.

 

Given the sad time period in America that the Trump movement wish us to return to wearing such a maga hat mean either one the kid know no American history at all or he is a bigot and a racist and a sexist.

Given that he is attending a rally supporting taking away women rights to control their own reproduction systems the odds lean to the second choice but if you wish to be kind to him you can assume that he is too young to understand what is mean by the wish to return to the pre civil rights days for anyone who is not male and white at least.

Then again if he is too young to understand what he is supporting his parents should had not allow him to made a public statement by being at that rally at least until he had reach the age of understanding.

Don't get me wrong though. It doesn't mean I sympathize with the Catholic Church and its black and white stance over abortion - since it's that very stance that made them the largest contributor by frightening feminists into voting for liberal judges. It's these judges and their liberal views that destroyed the moral fiber of our society and made abortion a necessary evil for so many.

Anyway my beef is solely with the lies and deception of the medias. They have turned hypocrisy and calumny into an art form.

Sorry my friend but trying to use civil torts or even for that matter the threat of civil torts to shut down the first amendment have not work in the past nor will it work in the future.

Slap law suits had have some mild success again individuals without deep pockets but not large news corporation and have not been overwhelming successful even before the days of the internet.

I would love to see lawyers who knowingly file meritless lawsuits like the one we are talking about to be punish for doing so up to losing their law licenses.
