    Great candidates

Michele....who thought Americorps would become "re-education camps for young people"...and then HER OWN SON joined a subsidiary of Americorps.

Herman....who was the "Alan Keyes" "Look! Look! We're diverse" GOP Primary candidate. i.e. the black guy who had ZERO shot at the Nomination in a Party full of Birthers.

Ron Paul....who the Social Cons AND Neo-cons didn't like and who had racists writing for his newsletter.

Newt Gingrich....who would speak on "defending traditional marriage", with his THIRD Wife who was his SECOND Mistress standing at his side.

    and Rick "Oops" Perry.

We've had discussions. They struggle to find reasoning for why they support the candidates they do. It's because they're party line voters.

Per capita income is relative. Standards of living differ from state to state. For instance, Northern VA is one of the most expensive regions of the country to live in. Income must be equatable to those standards of living, otherwise no one would live here. Ironically, the only reason for it is due to the inflated salaries of government employees and government contractors.

There would appear to be a very strong correlation with those factors.[/QUOTE]

You know... there's a correlation with education and voting. The more "educated" you are, the more indoctrinated you become and the more likely you'll vote for liberals. Is indoctrination education?

What voter tampering? The guy didn't do anything, except have diarrhea of the mouth and make stupid comments. Voter IDs don't suppress votes... they just keep them clean.

I'm Conservative for a plethora of reasons.

Who said anything about them being my heroes? Any one of these individuals would govern 100% more effectively than Obama and are much more Conservative than Romney or McCain. I expect you people to denigrate my options... you're liberals. You think they're bad choices, but the only reason Liberals have attacked them, based on ridiculous things, is because they fear them.

Why do Liberals feel it's necessary to go this route? I could pull quote after quote from Obama, making him sound like a complete fool. 57 states? Corpse-men? If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor? If you like your plan, you can keep your plan? Calling Hawaii Asia? Iran is a small country that isn't a threat? I could go on, but this crap is usually beneath me.

He clearly stated how the laws had the intent of suppressing Democratic votes. It was an intentional strategy installed by a Republican election board and it is disgusting and anti-American and should be vilified by anyone with a modicum of integrity in your party.

Is it a conservative value to sound dumb?

    Said vaccines cause retardation

    ,

    999 was just ridiculous.

    ,

I can't say he is dumb, just out of it. And of course the GOP wouldn't let him talk.

Once equated women in combat to giraffes or something?

The number of the count is three....one, two...whoops.

    - - - Updated - - -

Terry MaCuliffe is a horrible candidate who will be Gov. The GOP screwed the pooch on this race in many ways.

I fear stupid people in power, that's true. These were very stupid, naive, child-like candidates. They weren't attacked. Their idiocy was reported.
We saw what a person who was a functional moron, who took pride in not being a reader, could do to our economy and our foreign policy under Bush. You should demand a higher standard from your conservative candidates, if you are capable of recognizing the difference.

There you go again... You literally have nothing to stand on, besides personal insults. Any gripes of substance? No, didn't think so. You hate, because you're told to hate.

    - - - Updated - - -

There we go again... More personal insults. You guys have nothing better. Despite that, Bush was no Conservative.

I'd be surprised if they had proclaimed themselves to be party line voters, although most on both sides clearly show a strong party affinity. It actually sounds like a characterization that you, from your perspective, choose to impose upon them

Nevertheless, quality of life differs, better for some in some places than for others elsewhere. Income advantage is not negated by a higher cost of living, or it would make no difference where one lived or how much one earned. That's hardly a conservative incentive to improve one's lot.

Your implied corollary would be that the less educated tend to vote Republican in order to maintain their lower quality of life, education being pernicious to independent thought. That's an aberrant notion I hope the GOP is not attempting to inculcating in America's young.

Stop lying to yourself. He was the head of the election board. These laws are political attacks not defense against a fraud that isn't occurring.

Dumb people will make dumb choices. These candidates were revealed, and they went down in flames.
Demand more from your conservative candidates.

And I'd know better than you would... having known them for 7-8 years.

Were that true, most people on welfare would be voting Conservative. However, the impoverished tend to vote Liberal, because even the lower echelons of public schooling is enveloped with liberal bias. Education, itself, is not harmful. What's harmful is the indoctrination students receive, as a result of being educated by biased teachers/professors. Remove bias from the educational system and talk of indoctrination will cease.

    - - - Updated - - -

Keep repeating it enough times and maybe it'll come true. Either that, or it's just a sign that you're insane.

They weren't "revealed." They were personally attacked, day after day, until some decided to drop out of the race for family reasons, while others were defeated in the primaries. You guys even attacked Santorum for leaving the election for a hot minute to be with his daughter. You're sick people.

Will you say that if they are convicted? Or will you take your head out of the sand?

How did they not win the primaries then?
Conservative voters so stupid they believed the evil MSM?

Requiring a Voter ID is not a federal offense...

The Republican establishment puts money behind their selected candidate. The Republican establishment listens/believes the MSM. That's the problem. If the MSM doesn't like a Republican candidate, the establishment will swing to another candidate that's "safe."

As for some voters... when you hear something often enough, you tend to start believing it, and when the Republican Party starts propping up one candidate over another, additional voters are likely to swing their vote, in addition to still others questioning the reasoning for the swing, which might lead them to alter their vote. Like dominoes, they fall.

We will see what is a federal offense.
So your position is that GOP voters either don't stand for anything or are easily swayed.
    Where do I sign up!

No, my position is that some GOP voters are easily swayed, some are party line voters and many are disenfranchised due to the establishment propping up RINO candidates.

Good for you. I'm going in a couple of minutes.

    BTW, hear about this? http://www.breitbart.com/InstaBlog/...roblems-Happening-In-Swing-County-In-Virginia

Interesting. There was a detour enroute to my polling place in conservative Chesterfield County. Wonder if the Republicans are responsible for all this. After all, they are praying for a very low turnout as their only hope. Cuccinelli said so yesterday.

If you feel that gives you the right to impose your verdict, I guess we can dismiss their own opinions of themselves in the matter.

Red states, those with the lowest levels of education and income, the ones that are recipients of the most federal aid, do generally vote conservative. That's why they're "red".

Advanced education is good for those educated and for the nation, even when educated folks tend not to share your ideology and you contrive some sort of vast academic conspiracy to cloud promising minds.

Then what rights have conservatives been deprived of?

So you think they would have performed better than Romney did? They may have drawn more "true conservative" votes, but they would have scared off the Republican establishment and 95% of the independents.

I am sorry, but I TOTALLY disagree with that statement!
The more educated you are (especially your source of education is NOT a "Christian University!") the more likely you are to learn to THINK for yourself, and to learn CRITICAL THINKING skills, and to QUESTION everything that you hear or see that doesn't make sense to you.

THAT is what a REAL education gives you, not the "CHRISTIAN BASED" education that teaches you that religious dogmas (if they are Christian dogmas, at least) must be repeated no matter what, and never questioned, that a thousand of years old story, written by MEN (not women!) and translated thousands of times into languages (some of which have since then disappeared completely!) is the EXACT, UNQUESTIONABLE word of GOD. . and that, questioning this means you are betraying God and will go to hell!

With that "basic philosophy" for education, it is a small step to believe that propaganda spread by the "CHRISTIAN" politicians is only a step away from "the word of God," and that, since it is a "Christian man" who spews the party line propaganda!

So sad, that you cannot see that education (the REAL, FREE THINKING education) is much less likely to perpetuate indoctrination! In fact, I believe that this is one of the reason the Republicans (and especially the tea party) are not in favor of education funding. They NEED uneducated, Bible thumping masses to survive!

    1. Michele's comments on Americorps were not a "gaffe"....she stated it clearly.

    2. GOP primary voters rejected those candidates....not general voters, much less Democrats. Your constant use of blaming "the mainstream media" means you believe that REPUBLICANS are easily controlled by that Media.

Main point is....those candidates had all the chances in the world to get the GOP Nomination and THEIR OWN PARTY rejected them.

He's been saying that he hopes there's a very big turnout... He's called into WMAL about 3-4 times this week to talk about the election (two different shows).

lol, Repubs responsible? Look no further than George Soros.
