A little off subject, but between HIPPA and the VA, they have created an impossible situation.

I was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam. I now have peripheral neuropathy. According to the VA, anyone assigned to Vietnam during the Vietnam war is assumed to have been exposed to agent orange. The VA also says the Agent Orange is a presumptive cause of peripheral neuropathy. However, when I applied for disability for peripheral neuropathy, I was told that I had to prove scientifically that it was caused by Agent Orange or a doctor had to state conclusively that it was caused by Agent Orange. How am Isupposed to prove anything like that?

When I was first diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, I went to my doctor who referred me to a specialist who referred to a different specialist. All of those records ended up with my family doctor. My family doctor was not able to release my own records the last specialist to me because he did not refer me to that specialist. I had to chase all those records down myself. After the VA, denied my claim, I was told that most likely I could get the disability, if he kept reapplying. I just said to hell with it. It is not worth the effort.

Well, I’m not the one claiming someone can violate their own HIPAA.

No offense, but you realize you can just ignore his posts, right? When he trolls me I just end up ignoring him and that ends it.

Dems in New York overdosed a bunch of old people on HCQ?

    Pretty sure that didn't happen.

It approved the emergency off-label use.

"The FDA's decision to grant an emergency approval for hydroxychloroquine sulfate and chloroquine phosphate is unusual, especially given the absence of randomized study evidence supporting the drug's use against COVID-19.

In its declaration, the agency cited "limited in vitro and anecdotal clinical data in case series," and noted the drugs' incorporation in several other nations' treatment guidelines."

No, you started a sentence by telling me I don't understand English.
Then you made the classic "Internet Grammar Police" error of rendering that accusation in a sentence so grammatically malformed as to be laughable.

And now, just like the typical "Internet Grammar Cop" you're trying to deflect, yet again.

If you're going to try to insult someone try not to do it with your zipper down and a big booger clinging to your nose.

    No no no remember

It s all about making Trump look bad

People on the HCQ were not dying from heart attacks - they were being deliberately overdosed

The high mortality rate is because doctors are putting people on ventilators and it is the ventilators that are killing people not COVID

Meanwhile naughty democrats are withholding HCQ just so people will catch COVID and die to drive up the mortality statistics and make Trump look bad........

For some reality is a long long long way away

Which did not refute the fact the FDA as APPROVED it's off label use to treat COVID in spite of your claim otherwise.

I suggest running a superior candidate in the general then. That’s more important to independents than whether or not Trump takes a pill or not. Focus.

YOU were the one who RAISED the subject of HIPAA in the first place so obviously you must have had some reason for doing so.

Again, it's not a HIPAA violation if one talks about their OWN medical issues/history.

Here start at 23:00 where Dr. Stephen Smith of the Smith Center for Infectious Diseases is interviewed noting that he has been taking HC since March and they began to see their first patients and notes that based on what some on the left are saying we should stop treating syphilis since none of the drugs we use to treat it have ever been subject to these controlled trials, randomized controlled trials, yet every year the CDC puts out it's guidelines and there are those very same drugs.
