Do YOU Trust 2022 House & Senate Election?

As far back as the written word has been around the reference to a pregnant woman was "so and so is with child". When a person kills a pregnant woman and she dies many times the perpetrator is charged with a double homicide. If one causes a woman to lose her child by violence or recklessness they can be charged with murder or a lesser crime. Many people in the US are not counted in the census or do not have a social security number. That does not mean they don't exist.

You are right about human beings playing God all the time. Who or what GOD is or isn't is a debate in itself. When I was young, and thought I was God, I fell into the trap of believing that life was run on majority rule and I was blind to the rights of the minority and those voices that could not speak for themselves. The most precious gift we have is life. Everything else is meaninglessness without it. Just because many believe a woman has a right to choose does not mean that it is the right decision. That is like saying " Well, she has the right to step out in front of a moving bus" That is true but is it the right decision?

That is under a law, the UVVA , a law designed to give more severe punishment to those who kill pregnant women and/or harm thier fetus.

That is because those who TAKE AWAY a WOMAN'S choice in pregnancy are criminals.

DUH, But one has to be BORN to get one and be born to be counted....DUH, that doesn't mean they HAVE to get one or be counted...

QUIT dodging, NO fetus can get an SSN or be counted in the census...WHY NOT ?

If you are not god then you have no business deciding for others what is a right or wrong decision

....humans have the freedom to choose...LOL, at least that's what RELIGIOUS folks say

C) If the person engaging in the conduct thereby intentionally kills or attempts to kill the unborn child, that person shall instead of being punished under subparagraph (A), be punished… for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being.

(D) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the death penalty shall not be imposed for an offense under this section…

(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the prosecution–

(1) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law;

(2) of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child; or

(3) of any woman with respect to her unborn child.

(d) As used in this section, the term ‘unborn child’ means a child in utero, and the term ‘child in utero’ or ‘child, who is in utero’ means a member of the species homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb.”
