    ....

Ok, your inability to make any sort of coherent argument and your lack of any relevant credentials makes your opinion dismiss-able in the face of actual relevant analysis from recognized experts in the field.

Why do you trust the stated opinion of Mulvaney on this matter given that you have not seen any actual data to support his assertion?

You must realize that the reason I am asking you that question is because I already know the answer, right?

Ahh. Your failure to explain how a transaction that involves no gifts, no offices, no titles, no emoluments and no foreign governments can possibly violate the Emolument clause is noted

    Bwahaha lol too funny

Why not reply using a source instead of applying your own incorrect application of the law, where you fail to even address what "emoluments" means?

You have never been trained or learned how to conduct a proper cross examination.

Lawyers should not ask questions to which they do not already know the answer.

No. You failing to understand what the Emoluments Clause means, failing to learn what it means, and giving a free pass to Bonespurs to line his pockets illegally as President is not in the slightest bit "funny".

Make a real attempt this time. This is tedious.

Read my posts, and reply with actual arguments premised upon the facts and the law.

If you know the answer then don't waste my time on a moot point.

It is not nonsense, it is the law !!!!!

Trump's profits are irrelevant. Wow, the things his supporters will come up with, truly pathetic.

Jeez, back to square one. What part of the equation

At cost = no profit = no lining one's pockets = no Emolument clause violation

    Do you have trouble with.

Like i said, unbelievable ignorance and stubbornness.

So in response to my question, what law do you think was broken, you didn't even attempt to answer. Figures...

Your leftist comrades here actually did better than you. They attempted to resurrect the Emolument clause and have made complete fools of themselves, as not a single word of the clause applies lol

I continue to be baffled at the supporters who will do/say anything to defend their leader. Regardless of his countless failures in business, he has no shortage of supporters who will defend his business prowess.

In the words of Ronald Reagan, there you go again.

You're not being cross-examined; we're not in court, and you refuse to answer the questions by supporting your argument anyway. Your responses are all that we need to see to recognize that your argument is vacuous.

The exposure for the property when hosting an event such as this is priceless. He knows this. But he throws out the offer of 'no profit' and so many lap it up like dogs, saying how great and benevolent his is for the country.

Your buddy said he is asking questions for which he knows the answer because he is cross-examining lol

And you both have failed to address a simple fact, no titles, no emoluments, no gifts, no foreign governments = no Emolument clause violation.

Keep bleating gibberish about me all you want, i actually enjoy it... you can't defend the absurdity and ignorance of that Emolument clause violation claim.

It's not even just that. He wouldn't be able to fill his resort up in that part of year anyway, so being able to recoup even the overhead is a financial gain for him, and even an incompetent businessman like Bonespurs knows this.
