But she doesn't have other people's money. Congress hasn't passed Free Wompum Act yet.

 

Right now in the USA colleges and universities are shutting down and closing their doors due to a lack of sufficient students,pretty soon we will see the same thing in public schools due to our ever declining birthrate.There should be strict academic requirements for those wishing to pursue post high school education,today many who pursue a degree learned little to nothing in high school and will only repeat that in college.Giving people a free education when they haven't taken advantage of their high school education is just wasting taxpayers money.
