So does the perception that law enforcement is afraid or unwilling to act, when it would otherwise act if you or I did the same thing. When the powerful get a different standard, it corrodes public confidence. Garland has been being attacked for REFUSING to act based on evidence of sedition, seditious conspiracy etc having been gathered for over 18 months and seemingly doing absolutely nothing concrete but sit on his hands and handcuff those of talented and experienced prosecutors because people like you, want to leave nothing to chance before he makes even single move. He and the Justice dept are being judged based only what what he does or does not do to and for Donald Trump. Its ridiculous and its inevitable.

I say leave law enforcement to do its thing, without fear or favor, that means without worrying about your fears or my favor. I support the work of law enforcement unless we have some very good reason to do otherwise. They have the burden of acting with integrety. You don't know if they were or weren't classified. And since the FBI had already inspected those documents months ago (first hand) now you're going to tell us that they just decided to walk away from documents so important, it warranted an FBI raid?

Instead they go to a magistrate, not a federal judge, get warrants, and show up in the middle of the night with 100 officers months later?

They better have felony indictments ready to file with the evidence they just took because if this was just about classified documents, where a subpoena would have sufficed, all they have done is continue to show voters what a Democrat dictatorship looks like not to mention, making a martyr out of Trump in the mean time.
