    I agree!

The latest Internet "rule" that I think should become widespread like Godwin's Law, is the Crossfield Memo which says that anyone who posts like an enemy of America may be treated as though they are an enemy of America.

Terrence J. McNeil, (from the OP) deserves no sympathy and I wish that EVERY silly young poster who somehow believes it is okay or fun or cool to post in support of our nation's enemies will take note of the ordeal he is facing.

I wonder what he has to say about it today.

What are the qualifications for one finding themselves placed on either the terrorist watch list, or the no-fly list? Is there robust protections against accidental inclusion, and adequate due process to ensure innocent individuals are not mistakenly caught up due to an exceedingly low threshold for inclusion?

another teen arrested for joking about a school shooting

"A 19 year old was arrested for making a post on the internet site Snapchat saying that after he was done at the firing range he was going to his university campus to enact a "Columbine" (alluding to a mass murder). He was charged with written threats to injure or kill, terrorism, and attempted first-degree homicide."

So the FBI has morphed into a pre-crime bureau. Fascinating.

Good. Maybe some of these children need to learn that some things are not accepted.

We have a right to freedom of speech. But that is not the same as freedom from consequences for what people say.

No peaceful, law-abiding gun owner makes threats like that.

Yes, it seems the theme of the movie Minority Reports has now come to pass.
