    And lied about it.
Alberto Gonzalez also mishandled classified info and wasn’t charged

the Trump furor of Strzok seems a bit ... hysterical, but seriously, does anyone work where this wouldn't have gotten them fired a long time ago? Illustrative of the FBI, imo. The Agency is all about the agency, and trampling people in investigations is standard.

Trump had said he wished Russia would leak State dept. emails. The FBI alerted Hillary to a Russian breach. Whether Putin "supported" Trump or not, the smear would be the same. Simpson assumed Comey would announce the investigation, and not because he anticipated Wikileaks publishing email, or Facebook trolls trashing Hillary. Simpson created the appearance of a quid pro quo with Russia. It's a stand alone event that doesn't rely on happy coincidence.

Trump said that AFTER the meeting.
The fbi knew it was Russia without the server, glad you admit that.
And again it’s just a wild coincidence that Russia really did want to help trump, just as the email said lol

You're a character ... Paul Manafort, who took notes, and who was served what ... 3 dozen indictments? Russian collusion? I missed that 1. Mueller's only interest in that meeting is whether Don jr lied about that meeting. Manafort obviously did not. Veselnitskaya hasn't been contacted by Mueller, though Natalia asnswered congress questions voluntarily. Natalia was Simpson's bait, Don jr took it, and the only question remaining is if Don jr lied under oath. But your theory is a lot of fun too. KGB spymaster Putin caught red handed eh?

Who said anything about collusion? Reading words not there and ignoring ones that expose the stupidity of this theory?
How did Simpson know russia wanted to help trump? Or was the just a wild coincidence?

Comey cited her offenses, according to the law, then failed to charge her based on intent, which is not part of the law

That is incorrect, parts have been verified.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump–Russia_dossier
Some of the dossier's allegations have been corroborated, while others remain unverified.

You know what? You're right. I don't know you, well, I think maybe I have run across you at other forums if you're the same guy I'm thinking of, but regardless, you are correct that I shouldn't be judging you based on the same defense any number of liberals would use when talking about the Clinton's....

There are many that would consider Bill and Hillary's remarkable track record of avoiding prosecution for crimes that anyone else would have surely been prosecuted for as "separate standards of justice"... And it really isn't because nothing has been found, but rather a lesson in how power in this country can go a long way to avoiding what everyone knows is just.

So, was OJ innocent as well? Come on man....

Believe me, it's not just a claim...It's almost the entire reason that she couldn't even beat a bombastic blowhard like Trump in the election...Besides, using your logic, you know that makes Trump totally innocent of anything right?

I think we see in these times, that "Republican's" doesn't really mean a whole lot. Clearly there are many within the party that could be considered 'democrat lite'....

How was that? The criminal got off scott free, and the American people lost yet a little more faith in the "right thing"....

Really? You can see the smoke in the Muller thing, but feel that Hillary was just politically persecuted eh? Whew...Some Centrist....lol

Nothing that would justify a FISA warrant has been verified.

Are you saying Hillary's basement unsecure internet connected mail server was a "proper place of custody" for classified material? You'll need to show proof that the Government deemed it as such.

Simpson didn't need to presume Russian intent to smear Trump with Russian collusion. Cody Shearer was spreading Russian prostitute rumors well in advance of Steele. Shearer is a Clinton crony too. Simpson put Natalia up to claiming Russia had the deleted emails, and Don jr took the bait. It's straight forward, no need to try and reconcile the unrelated DNC "hack" or Facebook trolling. You're obviously trying to mentally justify your own theory ... collusion. Mueller indicted Facebook trolls, and GRU officers, but not Veselnitskaya. See, being an agent of Fusion GPS isn't a crime ... and neither is colluding with an agent of Fusion GPS.

He directive is to investigate why the russians meddled. The ONLY reason that the Trump campaign is mentioned in the indictment is so they cannot use “executive privlidge”.

All due respect Fred, your just wrong on this one.

Or friends with Cody Shearer ... Of course he & Natalia's Russian oligarch Magnitsky client might have told him Putin was "hacking" the election for Trump right? :roflol: Whatever scenario you create, the only thing that presents any legal jeopardy regarding the meeting, is lying about it under oath.

I think their underlying theory is that Hillary and Obama "colluded" with Russia to--err---help--Trump(?)---to--win.

    Yeah, that makes sense.

Its the only thing that can be concluded from this latest conspiracy theory.
At least they’re not pretending the fbi needed the server to know who did the hacking!
Their lies inadvertently reveal some truth!
