Your attempt to belittle my claims with me being more angry over a group setting fire outside of a courthouse on the side walk vs an attempt on the Capital is an emotional response.
Me listing the exact qualifiers for my claim (that you don't like because you can't defend them) is not an emotional response. They are called actual facts.

But I did notice your failure to even try and dispute them.

That was there intent and the process was paused due to that attempt. People died and the world watched in in disbelief.

The only propaganda is that it wasn’t a big deal.

What was their reason for entering the Capitol then?
Just wanted to take some selfies and smear feces on the wall?

What do Democrats have to do with what you're take on what Trump did is? Can you not separate the two?
Seems like you don't like what occurred on Jan 6th, but have found a way to dismiss it. Try just calling it like it is instead of putting conditions on it. Helps clear things up.

Maybe you should read up on events before making invalid statements. It will help. :)

    Nope, he said-

"I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."

"And you know what? If they do the wrong thing, we should never ever forget that they did. Never forget. We should never ever forget."

"So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we’re going to the Capitol and we’re going to try and give… The Democrats are hopeless. They’re never voting for anything, not even one vote. But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones, because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country."

"So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I want to thank you all. God bless you and God bless America. Thank you all for being here, this is incredible. Thank you very much. Thank you."

Your need to fabricate only reveals the quality of your views

All Trump did was call citizens to assemble and contest the election, both of which are very much legal. The worst case you can make for him is saying "you have to fight like hell, or you are not going to have a country anymore". Any junior paralegal flunky can explain how this is metaphorical.

They will remain in denial until the bitter end. Trump, the cult leader, has no bottom and they follow off the cliff.

This thread is about the January 6th investigation. I assume there are investigations either completed or on-going regarding other demonstrations around the country, which turned violent. The most violent protest that I can recall in my own lifetime was the Timothy McVeigh bombing of the Morrow Federal building in Oklahoma City. He was caught, tried and executed. But, we can discuss others...which did you want to discuss?

He even told them what to do if the protest failed at getting the 10 day delay in certification of the results-

"And you know what? If they do the wrong thing, we should never ever forget that they did. Never forget. We should never ever forget."

He assumed he could decide whether or not there were election crimes that justified the recall of certified electoral ballots. He could not. He asked Pence break the law and he asked the crowd ask Pence to break that law. That in itself is questionably criminal behavior. IF he knew of the planned break-in to the Capitol Building in advance (and there is some evidence that the break-in was planned), he would be complicit. If he knew of that planned break-in, he had a responsibility (as any of us would have) to inform law enforcement to prevent the crime.

How would they do that, since the joint session was already under way when he finished his speech?

Seizing a lawyer's phone is next level tyranny. They better have something solid that is a hardcore felony.

Breaking into a federal building is a crime. The joint session was already underway, in a closed Capitol building. The only way they could have protested would have been to break into the building to disrupt the proceeding...a crime. Knowing a crime is planned and not informing law enforcement is also a crime...particularly if you are President of the United States and you have a duty to uphold the law. The "evidence" required is the link between the speech and the break-in. IF that evidence is discovered it would be difficult not to indict and try him.

Seditious conspiracy...I believe the punishment is a max of twenty years, plus a fine.

Anyone could have rioted and tried to enter the capital, and therefore the process would've been paused. The attempt to make one riot bigger then it actually was/is, is solely for political purposes. It's for an administration that obviously and plainly cannot get anything right. From mandates, to hyper inflation to ostracizing other Americans.

It's a dog and pony show to hide that in eight months, this administration is singlehandedly worse than the Trump Administration on every metric. And we still have 3 1/2 years to go.

    But look, a squirrel!(1/6)

The OP sounds like total BS to me. Attorney communication with clients is privileged information not subject to a warrant.

At no point, did he tell them to break into anything. They can protest outdoors, like the logical ones (the vast majority that day) did. So there goes your "the only way they could"...up in smoke

This thread is a rinse and repeat about the other hundreds of threads touting the very same thing over and over. Trump Trump Trump.
The fact that I expose the hypocrisy associated with these never in the history of the world insurrectionist seditious traitors blah blah blah threads isn't hijacking. Its just bringing these claims down to earth where they should be.

They were 150 rioters who need to pay the price for their stupidity. Unlike the hundreds of thousands of BLM rioters and looters who will never see any punishment given the fact that most cases were dismissed. There are no outlying conspiracy's and Trump didn't give them the secret dog whistle. They took it upon themselves to go into the capital and create this mayhem.

Now, how many more threads will there be about how outraged everyone is? Who knows.

The process was underway. The protest was to have Pence change his mind. How could that have been accomplished?

So you actually thought 150 rioters could stop the election and overtake the country?
Ooohhhh the outrage. What will we all ever do? Please
