Gay Chrsitians: Oxymoron?

The "God" that you think exists does not. The actual Source of All that Is created homosexuality for a reason, and has no problem with it. To the contrary, hating homosexuality is worse than being homosexual.

Wrap your head around that.

 

I don't see it as any more of an oxymoron than I do the millions of other Christians who ignore what they feel like in the bible. If the rest of you aren't going to follow all the laws in Leviticus, honest to God, how do you have the stones to even suggest that gay people are any more wrong and evil and unworthy of God than you are. You're one and the same, and if you're not going to follow all the laws of the religion you care so much about, you've got no right to expect a single other person to do the same, and you've got no right to tell them they are any less of a Christian(or whatever religion) than you are for not falling in line with the same rules that you yourself don't bother following.

So if a gay person wants to be a Christian despite being something that the bible apparently frowns upon, join the freaking club where they'll be in the company of a zillion other Christians who don't follow the rules either. I guess some Christians think they get a pass or something, but that others don't?

 

Well, actually Christians don't have to follow all of the laws and rules in the Bible in order to get to heaven (the golden cube). They only have to refrain from doing a few specific things that will definitely bar them from gaining entrance.

If a person is a fornicator, idolater, adulterer, a homosexual, a sodomite, a thief, a glutton (covetous), a drunkard, a reviler, an extortioner, a murderer, a liar, a sorcerer, or a dog (Gentile?) then he will be barred from entering the golden cube. Everyone else has a chance to make it.

 

exactly, if god supported having someone picking up sticks on the weekend as being worthy of a death penalty via stoning, what would that say about that God? God is not like that....

What is the Law? the Commandments, Laws and Statutes in the Holy Bible. Homosexuallity is a an abomination and the Most High COMMANDED us not to partake in that lifestyle.

This one verse tells you clearly without a doubt that the Most High hates sin.

All the crap you hear about "God hates sin but loves the sinner" is that New Age CRAP.

 

What facts do you have to support this ridiculous claim? Please cite your source where GOD is ok with Homosexuality, not your wicked twisted opinions that hold no water.

There's no such thing as a "Gay Christian"...that's some twisted wicked perverted lust to cloak themselves in Holiness. It's literally impossible.

 

The only sin that prevents admission to heaven is blasphemy. Everything else can be washed away by a priest.

But that's not the point. The point is the hypocritical expectation that others should be held up to rules religious folks consider "laws of God" but which they themselves don't follow. Someone not following rules really has no place to be calling out others not following rules. I'm not the least bit interested in your "scripture". It was written by men so primitive that they though food poisoning was "punishment from gawd" for eating things they weren't allowed to eat. I had some difficulty accepting homosexuality .. until about 20 years ago when I gave it some serious thought.

My conclusions.. Its a civil rights issue..

Its been around since the beginning of time.

If God made us.. he likely made homosexuals too.

Further.. the law of the Levites was their law, not the law of God or Moses.

So maybe we should leave people alone and not treat them with cruelty.

If Leviticus only applies to the Israelites, than why are you bringing up Leviticus in regards to gay people that aren't Israelites?

Can anybody post a scripture where it says GOD says it's ok to be Homosexual? If not, fine. just don't lie about it. just say you're doing your own thing.
