The Geneva convention is an international treaty that the US government is a signatory to. It's therefore incorporated into the Constitution under the Supremacy Clause (Article VI Paragraph 2). The Constitution applies to anyone within the jurisdiction of the US government. The Bill of Rights makes no exceptions.

No it doesn't. Nothing supersedes the Constitution, it is the Supreme Law of the Land. However it does incorporate the Geneva Convention since the US government is a signatory.

 

You still don't understand that the regulations are better evidence of what occurred than your imagination of what occurred, which has no evidentiary value whatsoever.

 

That makes the Geneva convention applicable to everyone. Not the US Constitution.

What actually occurred is not my imagination, it's fact. Regulations are not evidence of what actually occurred. It's you who imagines what occurred based on "regulations". You make zero sense. The burden of proof is on YOU who is making claims as to what happened based on zero knowledge of what actually happened.

You need to read and understand the second sentence of Article VI of the US Constitution. Knowledge is good.
