Me, I use objective reasoning. I have theories, certainly, but I know they are theories. I don't fill me head with unsubstantiated facts.

What facts are you working with? Who do you know fired the rockets? How do you know? What was in those 150 homes, besides women and children? How do you know?

I suppose I'll accept a yawn as "I don't know".

Sorry, your Hamas buddies fire rockets indiscriminately at Israeli towns, villages, schools, kindergartens. As you admitted yourself Israel has one of the finest military and exceptional intelligence. Homes, houses etc used by Hamas are legitimate military targets and that's what Israel is after...if you have a shred of evidence that Israel deliberately targets civilians, I am all ears.

How do you know that Hamas used these homes? How do you know Hamas had anything to do with it?

 

How do you know that Hamas did not....You are accusing Israel of deliberately targeting civilians, as the accuser it's your job to provide evidence supporting your claims and you don't have a shred of it.

I've said it before. I don't have proof and do not know who fired the rockets. But Gaza civilians are paying for it. That is not lawful or moral to anyone but extremists.

The rockets are coming from Gaza, they are on every radar and satellite of every country with the capabilities to monitor them....None of these countries is denying the fact that the rockets are fired from Gaza. Hamas is not denying rocket fire from Gaza, Iran is not denying rocket fire from Gaza...You are the only person on the planet who has doubts. Duh

Yes, but in Gaza doesn't mean that the Gazan people had anything to do with it. Does American planes flying into the towers mean I go bomb the cities from which they took off? Did we do that in the US? No. There's no denials about where the rockets were fired from. What I am asking is who fired the rockets.

A country at war (started by the enemy btw) does not need to prove to the world (or to you) that each and every target they attack is military, its an absurd unrealistic expectation and in international law it's the default assumption....The burden of proof that they deliberately target civilians is on YOU. And the key word is "deliberately" in case you have not figured it out.

It's not my law, it's universal law which does not require a country at war to explain and justify every target, the burden of proof is on the accuser claiming that a target is not legitimate....law does not require a country under attack (from Gaza in this case) to figure out whether attackers are native gazans or from west bank or from Iran or from Mars or from hell, an attack from Gaza is an attack by Gaza according to the law... You live an a delusional world where you think your arguments are clever when in reality they are absurd, stubborn and childish.

 

Explain to me at what point Israel declared war.

Then explain to me at what point did Israel provide the proof and reasoning behind going to war, if they went to war?

 

Rockets coming from the Gazan territory is the declaration of war. A country under attack, a country on which land dozens of rockets are falling every day does not need to declare war, it already is at war. You sunshine is totally out of your element.

 

You don't know what you are talking about. War is declared when you know who attacked you and you can spell out your case.

The US did not just leap down Iraq's throat when the Tower's were hit. Even with their lying- drawing connections between 9/11 and Sadam Hussein, they needed to explain their case to Congress.

 

Hamas has taken full credit for the rockets. And said they will continue... Hamas. Said it. Are they lying?? The Israelis can detect exactly where the rockets were fired from, which is in Hamas controlled territory. But just google it if you must, Hamas is firing rockets into Israel.

It's a crap situation. But the deal is, in a nutshell...

Israel won. They were given the land by the world body, much smaller than originally planned in the mandate for Palestine. As well as Arabs their own state (huge compared to Israel), yada yada , we all know what happened, they rejected it, wars were waged against Israel and lost, expanding Israel as their right, as victors of the wars.

Get over it, move on. Do you think Americans would tolerate rockets fired into our society from Native American reservations? Right or wrong, hell no. And the fact that the pals get killed 1 to 100 just shows us that they suck at what they're doing! But it isn't from a lack of trying. I sympathize with the Palestinian civilians, but then again, they voted for Hamas sooo I dunno. I feel bad for the children regardless. It seems hopeless. I would love to see a 2 state solution but I doubt that it is a viable option with the insistence of destroying Israel.

The above are the realities, try to understand that there are some people who just want to see the end of the suffering of innocents. One side in the past few days keep killing civilians, the other isn't. It really is that simple.
