HOUSE AND SENATE DEMOCRATS PLAN BILL TO ADD FOUR JUSTICES TO SUPREME COURT

Very cavalier of them, adding 4 more justices would add at least a MILLION DOLLARS to the annual supreme court budget.

The Democrats have historically evolved within the same party. Their opponents have historically dissolved one party and made another.

It would be nice if the GOP became two parties. The wingers could stick with the GOP, the left wingers could stick with the DNC and those that have not sold their soul to one party or another can join the 3rd party.

 

Easy, each of them says "I'll be resigning my seat at the end of this term."

 

Pelosi has already rejected it. They would not even get 50 votes for it. They know doing so means the precedent is set to expand when in power. The GOP would triple it for good measure. This won’t go anywhere.

On a side note, both sides and their groups would ignore court orders after expansion for cheating. Good luck with gun control when the other armed side has decided you cheated your win by expanding the court. I would not want a confiscate gun job position. That would suck.

 

What we can see is that the Democrats know that the majority of the people in a Gallop Poll recently said they don't want additional justices. 66% said they want the court to remain with 9 justices and only 34% said they wanted the Democrats to pack the court. Not the Republicans. So, what happened today was the beginning of the Democrat's playbook to get the public to shift their current stance on this issue. They have a bill starting up in Congress to talk to the public about. They have a Biden Commission to talk to the public about. They have their other political party, the leftwing media to also push this narrative for them. They are making sure anything they can show racism with and climate change they will cause rioting in the streets as well. They will will also use Donald Trump Derangement Syndrome as well. Their ultimate goal is Communism. End the filibuster to end two houses of Congress. Essentially, the Senate will be just another majority rule House. Packing the Supreme Court will nullify the lower court appointees of Donald Trump (TDS). It will also allow the clear sailing of destroying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The end result is Communism. The results of Communism will be the deaths of millions of conservatives as Bill Ayres preached in the 70's with the Weather Underground. Saul Alinsky's dreams are finally with reach of the leftist communist radicals of the 60's and 70's.
Keep watching and listening to the 3 key tenants of the Democrats push for Communism: Attack Trump; use Racism in everything; spread lies concerning climate change. Once the people are softened up and leaning towards court packing and ending the filibuster, the holdouts in the Senate on these issues will come around. And, the 2022 election will work out for the Democrats. Republicans, Americans, and freedom loving citizens, are you paying attention?

Personally I prefer they tie the number to the number of federal district circuit courts.

There’s no rule in the Constitution stating how many there should be. Obviously the four they would plan on installing would lean in their favor which would not give an appearance of equalization. This is a power grab clearly. They want control over all three branches of government. Anyone who can’t see that has fallen for their bs or supports it. To claim it’s an attempt at saving our democracy is a smoke screen.

 

It all serves to blow the hell out of the theory that justice is blind??? It is apparently really either tilted left or right.

 

So Mr. Space Shuttle you admit that if Trump or any Republican was President you would not support expanding the court and that it has nothing to do with reforming the court. It is just a political power grab.

He just admitted that it is not about making the court more efficient or more able to properly handle cases or function better for the country or anything but a blatant power grab because there is a Democrat president.
