All you're really showing is how ridiculous you can get.

A landmine is not a self defense weapon, but grenades are legal.

A nuclear weapon (laff) is not an individual self defense weapon, but tanks are legal.

There are plenty of weapons that are legal, even though one might not think they are.

So far all you have is landmines and nuclear weapons. It's self explanatory how ridiculous that is.

 

The one you ran away from pages ago where you said "we have no idea to know what the founders thought about firearms", as well as the purpose of the 2A itself.

 

Except as you point out its already done and woefully ineffective. People already are invited to snitch. They're also invited to cop a plea on one or more charges to get another dropped.
Fear of punishment only goes so far. Especially if you're arrogant and think you're immune to getting caught. Speaking strictly from personal knowledge.

 

That's a standard liberal argument.

The one where liberals want to make guns as hard as possible to get, while still being able to get one themselves, no matter how many others lose their rights in the process.
