To call it dysfunctional would be complimentary. It is more akin a national disaster and FEMA would be camped out on the Whitehouse grounds if the BLOTUS hadn't slashed their funding programs.

There is no doubt whatsoever that what has happened is all SELF INFLICTED damage. No amount of spurious disinformation and attempts to blame everyone from the media to the hapless kitchen sink are going to work in the light of the odious utterances/tweets that come from the BLOTUS himself.
