" However, the Blaseys were able to refinance their mortgage, and according to CBS News, Judge Martha Kavanaugh dismissed the case. The dismissal allowed the Blaseys to keep their house.

It's not a myth. The FBI can't probe the mind of Christine Ford. With an absence of evidence, no known trail, I can't see how they'll pin down a timeline, establish suspects and find a culprit.

 

You are no judge, umpire, referee. The FBI can probe within the limits of their remit. You have no idea if there is "an absence of evidence, no known trail."

I'm not an investigator, but the FBI will be investigating the recent claims against BK. Are you saying an investigation can't be done if the facts are not provided? Investigations are for the purpose of uncovering the facts!

 

And they always start on some kind of premise. Otherwise called preliminary facts. Christine Ford gave us almost absolutely nothing to work with. If the FBI finds something, is able to prove it's Kavanaugh then sure punish him and epic job FBI.

You'd have to be as naive as a toddler to think that these two (Kavanaugh and Judge) drunken frat-boy PUNKS weren't capable of doing exactly what Dr. Ford alleged.

The problem with he said/she said without any evidence.....real evidence either way is that you end up having a 50/50 chance of being right or wrong about whomever you end up believing.

The thing that tipped me over to Kavenaugh's side was that 65 of his former classmates including Democrate women all came out in his defense and said he never did any of the things claimed.

The second was actually the second accuser who claimed that she attended several parties where gang rapes of drugged girls was going on. She is completely unbelievable and leads me to believe that this entire thing is just a smear campaign by political hacks.

I can say that there are plenty of significant events in my life where I remember what happened, but not the precise location or date. And I am not in a profession that is considered to be compatible with poor long-term memory.

You assume that, but I am unaware of any information that supports that. A majority never report it to police and many never talk about it with anybody.

Don't be ridiculous. Teenagers want to be at the parties because that's where the cool people are. Most people don't just stop going to parties because they have a bad experience at one.

Difficult is not the same as unable to function. Given that it came up in marriage counseling, I would conjecture that it gives her difficulties in the bedroom and that's important to most people.

None of that is suspicious or surprising. You take a polygraph to try to prove you're telling the truth, obviously. She wanted the senate to know of the allegations, but she had hoped she could do that without turning her life upside down. Ultimately she didn't have a choice since a staffer leaked her name to the press. And that act is really the only shady thing about all of this.

Well, he sounded like Trump - was angry, defiant, victim complex, and told verifiable lies during his sworn testimony. I mean, I can't peer into his mind, but he acts like an entitled prick while Ford acted like a nervous person who wanted the truth told.

It is more likely than not (but not beyond a reasonable doubt), that it was Kavanaugh. Her story about seeing Judge a few weeks later checks out. It's possible it was somebody else, but not likely.

Fact.....she left her best friend in a house with 3 boys wherein she says one tried to rape her. She did not go to one house to get any adults or to call the police. She got home 8 miles away somehow.....but left her friend there, with a rapist. (according to her)

Fact she can name her witnesses but cannot name the other boy that was there.

Fact she changed her story from 4 Boys to 3 and a girl.
