President can't make a treaty without the US Senate agreement and he didn't have that. That's the law of the United States. That's why Americans are telling you that you don't what you are talking about.

 

Trump seems to be doing the very same thing with NK and not a peep from you.

 

I'm not aware of a document purporting to a TREATY between the US and the Norks. If you know of such a document please let the rest of us in on it.

Of course was the Iran Deal in 2015 in the Senat and the Republicans faled to block it, because 42 Democrat Senators blocked legally the resolution of the Republican Senators!

The Senate was asked and the Republicans failed by the action of 42 Democrat Senators. Republicans needed 60 votes and earned only 58.

Formal ratification of the agreement by the US Congress is not required. However, Parliament could have opposed the lifting of US sanctions.

Nope, you fail to understand what this means. Its simply parliamentary maneuvering. In the end the Senate did not ratify Obama's deal with Iran so it was never law in the United States. Formal ratification by the Senate is required for any treaty to become law. That's why Trump could dismiss it with a stroke of his pen.

By the way this is the exact reason why the United States was never a member of the League of Nations. The US Senate rejected the Versailles Treaty which was the last act of World War One and with it the League of Nations. You simply don't understand how government works in the US.
