We have first party testimony, documents in his hand writing and good historical records, we have his signature on important documents, we have paintings done at the time of him, property records and so much more. It really is very sad if you are unable to comprehend the difference between a figure like John Adams and something like your Jesus who is much like King Arthur or Robin Hood.

 

Jesus has more documentation of his existence than his detractors.

No reason an atheist would want to prove a deity does not exist, if you believe one does show some evidence, but you do not and cannot. So not only do you not understand what atheism is you make false claims about them.

Atheists don't have to prove or disprove existence of deities. Throughout history believers did a pretty good job of disproving deities' existence - their own deities - by changing their religion. Funny enough, none of the dead and forgotten deities ever came back to reclaim the throne.

I don't have proof that five legged giant talking mushrooms don't exist. Does that mean they exist?
