It's not your 'medicine' you just want to get high so be honest.

If someone wants to smoke weed, then they should be able to. It's sure not any worse than drinking, IMO. I'm not really too sure about other hard drugs though. People can and do freak out when doing the hard drugs, but they do when they drink too much alcohol sometimes too. Alcohol is really not any different than any other drug if you think about it. I wonder who chose and why they chose that particular "vice" to be legal?

    So don't.

Why do you need someone to give you permission?

There are bona fide medicinal uses for marijuana. And as a pain reliever it is far preferable- and far less addictive- than opiates which are prescribed like candy.

But the bigger question is why you would care. In my view.

"Can you define a way for state citizens to create the unity required to use our law to make needed changes other than free speech?"

Is your life your unalienable right of ultimate value? None of us can use Article V alone, meaning we need unity to alter or abolish and Article V is the codified due process of it. It protects the ultimate rights. Why wouldn't unity be the ultimate purpose if the foregoing are true?

A friends wife is bat shoot crazy. 5150 committed , suicidal ect. I could not see him for 25 years, because I could not be around this woman at all even for a minute. Now she is on the medicine and I can be friends again. Say what you will but that woman is a whole different person now. It has a positive use for some.

It has always seemed to me discussion on rights is fraught with inconsistency until they are viewed as natural law. Biology of social interaction.

Essentially our phylogenetic DNA, instincts that developed over millenia with epigenetics into what they are because survival and liveing were enhanced while more rewarding.

"Natural" rights were around for a lot longer than the United States! We didn't invent them, I know that much!

That us what the NWO would want state citizens to think instead of thinking about using law in unity.

Yes, we are natural. As all things living and natural, we will fight for our rights, hence the unity of our states. Humans cognitively align in collective recognition of those natural rights, if they are to survive generally.

Wisdom dictates that past experiences are used to enhance the effectiveness of future decisions. Cognitive agreement upon this makes natural LAW, whereupon there is a collective capacity to recognize nature or intent that violates natural LAW.

This can preempt violence. This is the nature of our lawful and peaceful revolution and all we need to do to begin to engage it is agree as natural beings with established law, rights and invoke the 9th amendment to define, in writing, a few rights not previously enumerated. Particularly the right defined by the second inquiry.

Do you agree and accept that the framers of the founding documents intended for us to alter or abolish government destructive to our unalienable rights?

Do you agree and accept that the ultimate purpose of free speech is to enable the unity adequate to effectively alter or abolish?

Because it assumes there is an ultimate purpose.

It's proven to have some therapeutic effects. It helps cancer patients eat. It has some potential as an analgesic.

Still, just about every Californian with a medicinal marijuana card has one to get high.

I would smok pot, but I work for a company that does randos. I haven't been tested in two years, I know if I smoke on Friday night I'd likely be clean by Monday morning. I have a job that allows me to own a lake house and a 20 foot boat. I'll be leaving for Hawaii next Saturday, and I went snow skiing in January. I'm not willing to put that at risk.

But you still haven't described how we shall use our right to alter or abolish if it is not through our unity, and that the enablement of such unity can be achieved without free speech.

While that so far seems to be true, you have also not disproved that your life is your ultimate unalienable right, so anything which preserves that right serves an ultimate purpose.

Accountability is one thing, comprehensive accountability is another.

That is what the NWO would want people to think.

The words are derived from the framing documents of the American republic, and those are not random.

You may have obtained them form those documents, you seem to have ordered them without meaning.

Go to cancer.gov and you will find that marijuana is extremely useful in treating the side effects of cancer treatments. You Should probably do some research before making uninformed statements.

Simple, when alcohol was made illegal that illegality was widely ignored and proved a windfall for organized crime. The situation with pot and other drugs seems exactly the same except that the War on Drugs is big business and has a vested interest in continuing the drug prohibition.

Perhaps the best thing is to post those words from Americas framing documents as I order them so you can point out just where their intended meanings are lost.

Do you agree and accept that the framers of the founding documents intended for us to alter or abolish government destructive to our unalienable rights?

Do you agree and accept that the ultimate purpose of free speech is to enable the unity adequate to effectively alter or abolish?

I find it very interesting how 13 year old children and people seriously under the influence if marihuana can easily recognize the prime constitutional intent in those two inquiry, but you refuse to admit what is obvious.

Dude, the point is they're doing an injustice to weed by calling it "medicine".... The whole point is people shouldn't care and calling it "medicine" is really turning the issue into a "gray issue"...

If people want to get high then just say it don't say "I need to take my mediation" - that's disingenuous - not only that but it's circumventing the libertarian philosophy.

You see, I agree with you... I just have a problem with people calling it medicine.

During prohibition people could drink too just as long as it was prescribed by a doctor and it was called "medicine" lol.
