Can someone explain what harm he has done to anyone outside of North Korea? The irrational fear and hatred of North Korea is the same as the hatred of Cuba.

 

The Berkeley Schrodinger reports that Kim Jong Un is both dead and alive.

 

Hatred nor fear of N. Korea is irrational. Just because Kim didnt hurt me doesn't mean I or others do not have sympathy for the residents of N. Korea. Also they have nuclear war heads and want to use them.

That's how little you know, but no surprise. It's a virus that seems to infect many here. Kim will not get rid of his nukes so he won't end up like Ghadaffy - whose biggest mistake was in trusting the US. Any nation with US warships roaming around its coast, would do exactly what Kim is doing - that is if they had the chance.

If the US really wanted N. Korea to give up its nukes, then it would go along with the disarmament outline presented by Russia - and agreed on by China and Germany. Instead we want Kim to give them up, without removing our missiles that are facing them in S. Korea.

Anyway Kim is no more dead than the Koreans he supposedly killed who attended the games in Soeul. Besides why would anyone want him dead? Do you think any other head of state would do differently?

 

Word has it from several asian news sources that he had a heart attack and required a simple stint procedure, but because he was so obese, 5'7 and over 300lbs, the surgeons had a difficult time with him and his brain starved of oxygen causing him to become severely brain damaged and in a vegetative state.

Meanwhile, I don't like celebrating the death of anyone, and I don't know that NK will be better without him, but not shedding any tears for Kim.

KIM JONG-UN REPORTEDLY DEAD ...

Not likely but something is certainly wrong. Nobody outside of NK knows what it is. Whatever it is probably doesn't matter a whit to we Americans. NK is not dumb enough to send missiles our way.

 

I remember when there was a similar storm of speculation like this when Putin disappeared for a little while. Maybe li'l Kim is in medical trouble, maybe he's recovering at his version of Mar-a-Lago right now, maybe he's on his deathbed, maybe he's dead already. Who knows?

I'm not going to worry my pretty little head about it. I'll wait for something of substance to come out.

Moon Chung-in, senior foreign policy advisor to South Korean President Moon Jae-in, has dismissed mounting rumours regarding North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s health, saying as far as Seoul is aware, he’s doing just fine.

“Our government position is firm,” Moon said, speaking to CNN on Sunday. “Kim Jong-un is alive and well. He has been staying in the Wonsan area since April 13. No suspicious movements have so far been detected.”

North Korean media issued a statement Sunday saying Kim had “sent appreciation” to workers taking part in the building of the city of Samjiyon.

Last week, the Korean Central News Agency reported that Kim had received a congratulatory telegram from Russian Communist Party secretary-general Gennady Zuganov on the one year anniversary of his 2019 visit to Russia.

On April 22, the KCNA said Kim had replied to Syrian President Bashar Assad, thanking him for his congratulatory message sent on the occasion of Kim Il-sung’s birthday.​
