Those "at least 6 White House advisors" would have had no control if someone in replying to one of their emails sent them an email to their unsecured email address containing classified info. Stupidity is the apt word here given all the fuss leading up to the election. This is worse than Clintongate as at least Clinton had some control of her server

As usual you don't have a clue as to what you are going on about. The 1950s records act certainly didn't say ANYTHING about using private email accounts and the regulations promulgated in 2012 specifically require emails on personal accounts conducting official business to be turned over to the government for archiving.

Clintons server didn't even have protections available on most any commercial email service.

Nonsense. The Presidential Records Act applies to the President and Vice President, not advisors.

    Bleach-bit involved?

With the Clinton precedent, I'm afraid this horse is well out of the barn, son.

Who had direct access to Clinton's server that was used by a handful of users and who had direct access to the public server used by millions of users? No public server is more secure than a private server as evidenced by the stream of spam email that is sent across public servers to all users.

But I notice you've omitted the main point of my post

Kushner's server had many people having access, people he did not even know......

point is, after a campaign of attacking Clinton for doing this, it was stupid of him and other top Trump officials to do the same thing...

his email has not been reviewed yet, they said the same about Clinton prior to the reclassifications, then even things like meetings she set up or calls she needed to make was considered classified

when the media gets his emails we will see how much is redacted as being classified and not just his personal emails, all of the others in this admin also doing this same thng

pretty embarrassing for the Trump admin to do exactly what they trashed Clinton for over a year about

If clinton and some of her flunkies go to jail then we can punish those in the trump adminstration who do the same thing

But I'm hedging because the Cookie Lady is in a class by herself when it comes to illegal email acitivity

no one is talking punishment, were talking Hippocrcy, they just spent a year trashing Hillary about this being a national security issue and such... then they do the same thing creaming crooked Hillary and lock her up... for doing exactly what they themselves are doing

as far as it being a crime, it's not, it's not today, if Congress really cared about it, they would make it a crime, but republicans added amendments pre-Clinton to make sure it was allowed....

Trust me, this will come up in the next election, may not be illegal, but doesn't make it right, Trump will be a loser one term President...

I see where they used private email accounts, but not servers.

It wasn't Comey's job to arbitrarily decide what a prosecutor would or wouldn't do. His job was to hand over evidence and let the prosecutor make that decision.

The servers that "at least 6 White House advisors" used was through a public server that you and I can use hence if we had the inclination could hack with very little difficulty getting access to all the emails.

I presume you know that the use of a private server accessible by a handful of people is safer than using a public server that is accessible by millions and millions of people though judging by your statement it seems like you don't
